Staffing levels often limit speed of service and availability of personnel for non routine banking functions. 4 p m closure of lobby can be a problem for customers who work regular business hours

I don’t understand how people gave one star to this Bank of America branch. We had great experiences here today. Elisa was friendly and professional. She helped us to open a checking account and apply for a credit card. The branch manager Jason was amazing. I will definitely recommend here to all my friends.

Went through the ATM and the touch screen was not working well at all & it was very frustrating trying to get some fast cash, plus everytime I go through the drive thru one ATM machine is broken.
