“I sent a message through Yelp and he answered quickly... Decided to just call to explain situation, another shop (who I have used for the last 10 years) said they wouldn't/couldn't work on it because it was a Hybrid. They did give me a price if they had been able to do it. B and D beat that price (and the other shops prices I researched). Wow, by a lot! Brought it in on the appointed day, and by 2pm it was ready. I think I have found a new mechanic's shop.”
“I'm always hesitant to take my car somewhere new but I'm glad I took the chance. The previous place I went to said I needed to buy a new engine and stop driving my car immediately because it was beyond repair. I decided to get a second opinion here Aquiles let me know that I just had to get a new thermostat and that the light would go away and my car would stop turning off. Saved me a boat load of money and my car is running great. I can't stress it enough when you are honest with your costumers you build trust and they come back!!! “I have been taking my mother's Volvo to Sweden Volvo for several years. I'm very satisfied with his work. I used to take it to a Volvo dealer in Irvine but after it closed down, it was difficult to find another honest repair shop. The remaining Volvo dealers in Orange County left a lot to be desired and they didn't have the kind of quality personnel that Irvine had, so we were disappointed. Then I did research and found that Sweden Volvo had the highest ratings among the other Volvo repair shops, even in Orange County. I was impressed by Robert's honesty and his knowledge of Volvo automobiles. Robert is kind and always willing to explain the repairs he makes or that he proposes to make on your car in a very down to earth and understandable manner. I always feel comfortable because of his trustworthiness and congenialness.”

“The Volvo Car Clinic came to my rescue! My brakes were grinding and my husband found the Volvo Car Clinic online, said they had good reviews, so give them a try. We live on the Central Coast and i was visiting in the area. I could not have had a better experience or been more pleased with the work and price. Costa was a true gentleman and gave me EXCELLENT customer service. I’m tempted to come down the next time I need a service. He quoted a reasonable price, had some parts, ordered others and completed the job in one day. Highly recommend them!”

“Ran over an unmarked concrete curb and bent the inside of my front wheel enough to really look awful and start leaking air. Could have been worse but the damage was done. Called up Stu at classic wheel and explained the situation and he quoted me a good price right over the phone. Dropped off the wheel the very next day and he had it fixed and ready for me by closing time the same day. Stu was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He fully explained the process and assured me the wheel would be back to normal. After the wheel was fixed he balanced the wheel/tire perfectly using internal "sticky" weights. He even stayed open for me a bit longer so that I could make it back to the shop after work to pick up the wheel/tire. Car is back on the road again with no issues thanks to Stu at classic wheel!”
“First, Custom Wheel and Tire prices are very comparable to the big box tires stores which I would typically go to for my tires. This time I did some research and generated questions prior to selecting my install location. After calling multiple tire shops, I realized they are just sales people and only survive due to their visibility (multiple locations), advertising and not their knowledge.
This all changed when I called Class Act Wheel and Tire as he was able to answer all my questions as well as explain in detail the treadwear rating, UTQG rating and the DOT manufacturer date which I confirmed prior to installation to avoid premature degradation (dry rot). No if ands or buts, I will go to Custom Wheel and Tire for all my future tire and wheel needs.”

Gary and Anthony provided a time estimate since our tire was a special size and would need to be delivered that morning.No problem on our end, we took a nice 10 minute stroll to get coffee down Route 66. After returning to the shop, we hung out with Mr G, the shop dog before our car was ready to go.Great service. Fast and accommodating. And trustworthy.”

“I will never bring my cadillac to any other repair shop after bringing it to Certified Auto. I took my car to Glendora Chevrolet because I was told that my car had a dealer issue and that only the dealer had to file to fix it. After five visits and $1800 my car still was not fixed.
A good friend recommended Certified Auto so I took it there and my car was fixed finally after months of trying to get the issue resolved with no results. These are true professionals they explained everything in detail made me feel confident about everything that was being done and kept me informed from day to day. “Just wanted to give a shout out to Tony's auto repair in glendora. I recently brought my toyota corola to have my car fixed and was extremely happy with the job they done. Martin helped me and took care of all my cars needs . He is very honest professional and explained everything to you so yo can understand it. I had taken my car to toyota before I went to Tony's and they said I needed a whole new engine I left disappointed then I went to Tony's and he fixed my car and made it run like brand new again.
