“To the owner of Napa on arrow hwy I went into your shop Sunday April 7 my husband and i were upset by one employee who was not helpful it was like he didn't want to bother looking through the computer for my order or deal with our service I was upset and couldn't believe this was the customer service from this employee who was supposed to be doing his job and apparently wasn't we then got put on another employee named Ray great job hiring this man great customer service quiet polite didn't give up kept looking for my order I put in went to look in inventory area and finally found the part I had ordered this man just didn't ditch us on to someone else he took care of the situation and I just want to put a big shout out to this guy again Ray people you get the same treatment for some reason ask for this guy Ray great hard worker cares about his job and is about his job thank you again Ray”
“From date of accident to having my car back was exactly a week. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely kind and helpful. Both Andrea and Michael went above and beyond making sure I was well taken care of. They were in contact with my insurance and there wasn’t much I had to do besides bringing the car in and pay the deductible.

“Great new building with free snacks and water and coffee in the beautiful waiting area. My car gets fixed every time even though it takes 4 hours everytime I’m there. I was very sad no more car wash. Hope we get complimentary car wash with every service again that was my favorite part, getting back a clean car.”
“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... They are lucky to have him as an employee as he really truly cares......I go to O'Reilly's often for car items and this one will always be a good memory..... “Great place, good prices! Needed to change my gear ratio on my jeep, no problem. Then, I needed to change the gear oil and transfer case fluid, fast and professional. Bottom line, if you need to service your 2x4 or 4x4 gear, transfer case, change out the gear ratio, new shocks, etc, come by and check the place out.”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Moses, the owner. Upon arriving, he was so warm and welcoming. He was able to service a minor repair after my daughter was hit in a school parking lot.
He not only does great work, he has that human touch that is truly a gift.
It’s already stressful to find ourselves in a situation that causes us to need to body services, but, to be in such good hands- it eases the blow.

“Frontline Finish did an amazing job on my Jeep XJ. It was a project car I've always wanted to do since a kid, and Jay made sure it was a quality job. I was quoted some insane prices at other shops, and then Frontline offered a very reasonable price. Along with the quote, Jay broke down the process and how they would go about it very clearly and gave updates through the job as well. “I cannot say enough nice things about Avalon Collision Center. My vehicle was taken here after a collision at my insurance company's recommendation. The repair did unfortunately take longer than expected due to parts shortages, but none of this was the fault of Avalon. The manager, Jennifer, gave me weekly progress updates and even called to explain certain issues that came up. Once the outstanding parts did come in, my vehicle was ready within 2 days. Alfredo is absolutely amazing look for the true customers best interest. I've dealt with so many auto shops in the past and this place blows any of them out of the water. Alfredo is so humble and has such a willingness to help. He's super knowledgeable when it comes to repair. I've unfortunately had two accidents in the past and he makes it seem like nothing ever happened. Crashed my 4Runner not to long ago and he fixed it in less then 2 days with the most perfect paint job to match the rest of the car. “I've been working with Lillian regarding some warranty work, and she was very patient. The repair tech needed to reach out to Ford for assistance since the repair was not working, they had to wait until Ford responded. I had to pick up, then return vehicle a few times. But the work was finally completed and all is good. The issue was with my Ford Pass not connecting to my app. It took some doing, but after replacing several electrical components, the tech finally got her done. Lillian kept me apprised of the situation which I appreciated. I will continue to use Colley, and hope others do as well. Oh, and you can get a lift home if you need to. :-)”

“This a great place to drop my vehicle's, while I shop for my weekly needs. Other times I drop off 1 of my vehicle's to get serviced done on it. I get picked up then I get dropped off minutes or sometimes hrs after I am notified that the service is complete. The wait is long but I don't mind that. I am always greeted with great customer service. They offer their specials when they have any available. I almost always take on that special since I'm already in and my vehicle's might be in need of”
