“Anyone in need of quality appliances and exceptional service, I highly recommend going to Appliance & TV Outlet first.I went in search of an island hood for my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.Entering the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of appliances available in general. It didn't take long for me to find exactly what I was looking for with a little help, and even better, it was offered at a reasonable price that fit well within my budget. What stood out was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond by assisting me with loading the island hood into my car!Overall, my visit to Appliance and TV Outlet was a great retail experiences, just genuine assistance and a pleasant atmosphere. I left feeling excited about my purchase and wanting to come back to pick out my other appliances.”

“Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”

“This review is limited to (1) installation of blinds and (2) installation of doors.Buying blinds and having Home Depot install them worked out great. I'd talked to FIVE other blind installers. Boy, was that a miserable experience. One wanted a fortune; one that was affordable turned out not to be a licensed contractor. I turned to Home Depot out of frustration.I thought Home Depot was going to be more expensive, but it was actually the cheapest quote out of all six. They had exactly what I wanted. An installer came to measure; I ordered the blinds; the blinds arrived in a couple of weeks; I called the installers; and they slapped them up. Easy-peasy. The blinds are great quality, and the installation was perfect.Buying doors and having Home Depot install them was also a great experience. This time, their price was pretty much the same as others', but they had exactly the doors I wanted, and I couldn't find anything like them elsewhere. Ordering and installation were a breeze. The installer really impressed me with his knowledge, care, and professionalism.Unlike the blinds process, I have one complaint about the door process: It was v-e-r-y slow. I ordered on April 26; the doors came on July 13. And that's after Home Depot made me pay 100% up front! I'm not sure, but I think it's a violation for a contractor to require more than 10% up front???Anyway, it was worth it.”
