Great costumer service , knowledgeable and they carry a lot of brand major retailers don't . Also they carry live feeders a lot cheaper than other shops around.

Brandon, Matt, and Landon are very knowledgeable. They are all super helpful, patient, and friendly. We bought my daughter's Geecko from there and will be back for supplies.

Great little local spot stopped in and the guys working are great , bought some feeder bugs for my gecko and chit chatted a bit . Would definitely recommend

A very good pet shop to buy snakes and many kinds of reptiles. Also pet foods are available here. The owner is so nice.

staff are very helpful, nice, and professional. always quick to answer any questions I may have. there very much educate on the animals they have in stock & not to mention how there prices are freaking phenomenal! Just moved to the area and this is definitely my go to spot! Highly recommend!

Quick points for ppl that don't like reading long reviewsVery clean, Employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful with all questions I had, prices were good, will most definitely be returning.The long versionI recently visited this store based on glowing reviews on here so my expectations were high. It seems the store has changed ownership within the last year or so some of the images on here show a much bigger space but it seems the store has downsized a bit which is not to say thats a bad thing just an observation. Upon entering the store and looking around I was asked if I needed help I told them my situation with a Box turtle I had rescued that was in really poor shape the guys proceeded to give me at leas 10 mins worth of advice and answering my 20 questions without trying to upsell me just genuinely helping me out. All this to say that even though there is new ownership this store continues to be a top notch place for your reptile needs will definitely be coming here again.

This store has had a massive upgrade within the last month. Very helpful and honest. Gives free samples, advice, and feedback. I had a moldy cork and they gladly exchanged.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and super friendly! They always answer our questions and offer advice! Some other places seem to get annoyed when you ask a lot of questions. The prices are great too, we love coming here.
