personally i don't think little kids should be drying dogs…..especially if they’re aggressive !
Honestly overall about the grooming and daycare i don't think they have proper care for the pets, I’ve witnessed it, just make sure you do good research on the places your taking your pets to!!

I really appreciate the genuine care they provide when I need to board my dog. I've boarded with them four or five times now and they remember my dog's tendencies and needs. They try very hard to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

We have been trusting Jose the owner with our fur babies for 20 years. He’s amazing with animals. The grooming and boarding are both awesome!!! They are the best!

After reading all the reviews good and bad. I noticed no one from this establishment commented on the bad reviews. They only said thank you to the good ones. Why can't you apologize to the ones that were negative? A lot of fur babies had cuts and razor burns. We think of our animals as our children. Show some compassion ?

I have not left my dog here yet, but I did a tour in anticipation of an upcoming trip. I am definitely going to leave my dog here while I'm gone. I was very impressed with the facility. The size of the kennels is good, the cost is very good, and the staff was extremely informative and helpful. I was given a tour by Bianca. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable to leave my dog there.

We absolutely love AMERICA PET RESORT!! Our husky has been going here almost a year since April 2023. After having to move last year our new housing provider told us we couldn't bring our doggie with us to live although we had her for 3 years at that time.We searched for the best place to put our dog short term until it could be resolved.Prior to this time we didn't even know that doggie daycare/boarding was a thing. We went to tour a few other daycares right before we found America pet resort &spa but did not feel they were a good fit since the dogs were only let out of their crate for 30 minutes a day. When I went into American pet resort and spa I KNEW we found the right place for our Luna! The staff are really great, kind, caring and knowledgeable here and it seems like they get the best batch of dogs. They let the dogs play for hours and we got to visit with our dog almost everyday until we were able to bring her home.Our dog has done boarding here and often does daycare. Next, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they also offer grooming services. Each time we get Luna groomed the groomers do the best job with her, making her look super brand new,soft, fluffy, and well loved! We love American pet resort as if they were apart of our family and wish them all the best success!! ????

This was my first time taking my little pup to American Pet Resort and Spa! I called for a reservation and they got me in the next morning! I signed my Beau in and they took him back immediately! I got the Silver package + a $10 teeth brush! Ever since I got my pup, the breeders made sure they gave him weekly baths, nail trimming (if needed) and teeth brushing! So I want to make sure that I always get his teeth brushed so he stays used to it! I left got some errands done and before you know it I got a call at 12:30 to come pick up my Beau! It was only a 3hr drop off and when I got there he was so happy to see me and in such good spirits! The lady that cut his hair let me know that he did great and was such a good pup! He looks so great and smells even better! I'm overall very happy with how Beau looks and the overall experience! I did read the reviews before calling and was a bit skeptical. My sister used to take her husky/german shepherd mix before she moved out of state and she never had an issue and was always happy with the way her pup turned out! Which is why I decided to ignore the bad reviews but also keep them in mind, and try this place out!

i DO NOT RECOMMEND you bring your animals here to be groomed or stay overnight, the boss/owner (JOSE) has no RESPECT & doesn't CARE about you or your animals. i brought in my dog on Sunday to stay overnight & walked right out after i over heard associates talking that their boss/owner (JOSE) had COVID & was STILL SHOWING UP TO WORK & grooming dogs... they went on saying that they feel like they are getting SICK before they noticed i was there.. this to me is so DISRESPECTFUL and shows me he don't CARE about his clients/customer & associates that work there. i didn't feel COMFORTABLE at all leaving my dog there after hearing this, LOST the deposit i left when i reserved the room for my dog and all cause he couldn't STAY HOME a few days. thanks Jose!!!!
