I will never bring my cadillac to any other repair shop after bringing it to Certified Auto. I took my car to Glendora Chevrolet because I was told that my car had a dealer issue and that only the dealer had to file to fix it. After five visits and $1800 my car still was not fixed.
A good friend recommended Certified Auto so I took it there and my car was fixed finally after months of trying to get the issue resolved with no results. These are true professionals they explained everything in detail made me feel confident about everything that was being done and kept me informed from day to day. I highly recommend Certified Auto to anyone with an automotive repair need.

I've had several repairs done here in the past, always to my satisfaction...Last week, had some work done on my car. There were a few issues that gave me great concern. Gene, the owner of the shop called me, personally, and we discussed the entire matter, and everything was worked out to my satisfaction...THAT'S CLASSIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Certified Auto installed running boards on my brand new car for considerably less than the price the dealer quoted me and they did a great job! I also appreciated the super clean shop, the friendly and efficient people and the excellent communication.

So far my view of Certified Auto has been positive. We have taken two vehicles for service and they really check out the vehicle for what could be wrong, which includes (photos) of pending service. They are very professional and make sure that you know what recommended work that needs to be done. I will continue to go there for great service. Thanks.

I recently had occasion to be on the I-10 freeway eastbound wihen my 1996 Lincoln Town Car lost all power as I was driving 70 mph in the middle lane. I somehow managed to turn on my blinkers and get to the shoulder without being hit. CHP stopped and I advised I saw the battery light come on just before power was lost, so the man jumped my battery. At that time, he advised it was not the battery, but the alternator that was shot and needed to be replaced. I was able to get to a safer spot and call AAA where I was towed to the nearest AAA preferred service factility. Suffice it to say, these people (will not name facility) botched what should have been an easy fix. I had already been to Certified Auto Specialists (CAS) in Glendora, as Mr. Chen had been our family's mechanic for 20 yrs in that same location prior to Mr. Chen's retirement and subsequent move back to Korea. I found Dominic and Robby to be quite knowledgeble, very professional and kind. I am a 73 year old widow and they did not talk to me like I was "less than" or some old lady to "take advantage of". After being exhorbitantly charged for work I did not believe needed to be done by the previous "service facility", Dominic advised me to bring the car in and they would do a full diagnostic. I took the car in and told them the story and showed them the invoice. They felt I was taken advantage of. They arranged for my return home as I had to leave the car. The next day they called and advised they had performed a full diagnostic on every detail of the car and had the 4 page (back and front) report and pictures to provie it. They also advised me to contact the Bureau of Auto Repairs to file a complaint, which I also did. The next day, they arranged for my return to CAS to retrieve my car and it's been fine ever since. I can't say enough great things about these two guys. If you are within driving distance of Glendora, CA and need your car serviced in any way, please check them out. You will be satisfied you did. They are only open Monday through Friday and take the weekends off to be with their families, which I think is important. Great work, guys. I can't thank you enough!

Overpriced since it was sold. Sad. Quoted 500 dollars for a transmission service. It's not a friggen engine overhaul!!

Excellent repair work on my F250 and Crown Victoria. Good communication and customer service earned my business. Not the cheapest shop in town.... but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommend this shop. Robby and Dominic are top notch when you first walk into the front office. They always go above and beyond to service customers. Several months ago I had my serpentine and timing belts replaced and the engine mounts replaced. Shortly after that service, I noticed that the idle was having difficultiies and took it back in. Found it was related to the serpentine belt which had slipped and they needed to pull my engine again to adjust. Certified Auto honored the warranty on the previous service. Bonus is that the shop is within walking distance from my house.

The shop is clean and bright, the staff friendly and kind--and they fixed two problems on my Dodge that the dealer couldn't/wouldn't! Price is competitive and I would highly, highly recommend this business.

I am a senior citizen and have many years of experience dealing with all the ins and outs of automotive maintenance facilities and have finally found one that I can truly trust and recommend. Certified Automotive Specialists has the professional, personable and honest people that I have complete trust in knowing I will be treated fairly. Mr. Ken Finn, Service Consultant, evaluated all the mechanical issues, provided options, accurately estimated time and cost and even provided transportation to and from my home while my car was being serviced. (I even got a few courtesy chuckles for my "Dad jokes"!) I highly recommend these nice people.
