Pre-2020 I used another dry cleaners. Post pandemic they went out of business. Let's be real now I don't use clothes that require dry cleaners as much. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm. That would have been disappointing. She's sweet and may just need to be aware.

If I could rate this place a negative star I would and will definitely NOT COME BACK. Obviously most people get out of work by 5 and they're open till 6, so I get here AT 5 from rush hour and come to find out the door is locked with a sign that reads "will be back at 5" and I have now waited for over 30minutes waiting for the clerk to open up & no ones back yet. people have places to be and rely on cleaners to be ready with their clothes for special events. I get there and this lady doesn't even apologize just shows up looking all chill about it and mind you there were a lot of people waiting outside. Bottom line, if you're gonna keep your services going promise to be there on time. SMH

I so appreciate the quality of work by this dry cleaning business. I have utilized their services for many years, even at their previous location in Azusa. Rosa, the owner, is a very dear lady who always makes me feel welcomed. I love that she also does perfect clothing alterations. She even hand makes and sells kitchen aprons with popular designs, as well as custom face masks. In a world of so many choices, I choose American Cleaners because kindness really counts in my book. Rosa and her staff are very cordial, and provide quality service in a competitive field. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been coming to American Cleaners for a while now and they always do a great job. I typically take clothes at least twice a month, and it's mostly all my husbands suits, dress shirts and slacks. They have always taken good care of our clothes. They accomadate any expedite timing I may have and their prices are reasonable. Staff is great and the owner Rosa is a sweetheart. They also do quality alterations. Very happy with American Cleaners.

I go in here specifically for alterations to garments for my small apparel business, and John is the best to work with. Understanding and prompt. He is very communicative throughout the process and is very transparent with how difficult or easy the job is and what set backs may occur should the arise. His mom is a great seamstress and does professional work as she has over 50 years of experience. I highly recommend them and will continue going back here myself for more jobs. Keep up the good work guys!

Love this place! You have to get your dry cleaning done here! Professional, courteous and all the staff has been helpful, prompt and polite at all times. They are more than willing to work with me when I need something done in a rush as well. The service and attention to detail is much appreciated and how comfortable they make you feel as you enter the establishment is why I continue to come here as well.
