I only came in for the deli today, so I'm giving a rating strictly on this visit. Picked up a couple 8-piece bags of fried /baked chicken. Let me say, the chicken was perfect. Not too greasy, not too salty. Just good, perfectly cooked fried chicken. Even better, was that there was a $5.70 coupon in the Albertsons App. I mean what a deal?! Places like KFC charge like 15 for an 8-piece. To top off this visit, the deli employees were super cool and pleasant. I also grabbed some potato and macaroni salad to complete this lunch combination. The rest of the store was clean, prices are comparable, but weekly sales and app deals are a must for savings. Lastly, I give kudos to the polite staff.

Albertsons on Route 66 in Glendora has done some upgrading to their shelving and aisles. It appears that they may put in new flooring. The aisles feel wider and they have sectioned off the self check section and looks like they added more self check registers. This store also has a Starbucks inside. They also got new shopping carts that say you can use googlepay checkout for more ways to pay. Check out deals with their phone app as they have many digital coupons and lots of specials and sales.

why is the hiring process so broken? told to come back one day, no one to help, the. asked to reach out again, no one to help them either. hiring staff is rude and do not reach out when they say you will hear back. just crazy that you have someone that wants to work there and can not be treated with respect. weird.

All the employees are very helpful. Marcos is so kind and caring the whole family loves him. Also have been noticing more organic items!

Albertsons is know for their chicken - don't waste your time at this location. No customer service! Folks were walking out of the line since we were waiting 20+ minutes for hot food. It's 5pm and they had very few nuggets and I asked were they fresh and the guy said who knows - maybe 2pm. Never going back!

They don't answer the phone. Tried for 25 minutes, no answer. I selected all 8 options on the automated system, but none of those 8 departments answered.

I always have a great experience at this location. All the employees are friendly and remember me. Always greeted during a visit in the store (sometimes multiple hellos how are you find everything OK etc. ?

Used to be a great store with friendly staff and a great selection at decent prices. The selection of products is now horrible, lettuce and other produce are overpriced and wilted. Meat department is horrible. Prices on everything are ridiculous and the availability of various cuts is terrible. I would say that service is terrible as well but that's easily avoidable by using one of their 12 self checkout lines. Feels like a corporation about to go bankrupt.

Monday my husband and I went to the Glendora Albertsons store is very nice and clean , but the lady working on the meat department is very rude and this is not the first time she treat us badly it been over three times , I like Albertsons meats but just because of her we don’t go , she always gives us attitude and smart remarks, I treat her kindly but is not working That’s why I’m writing this report please talk to her to pretend she likes her job . Thank you

This was my favorite store, but not anymore. I have been shopping here for 18 years and today, I will be going over to Stater Bros permanently. The service has declined and the pharmacy is always screwing up something. The friendly cashiers are gone and now they are on their 3rd remodel and this time around they are going for that ugly concrete floor warehouse look. If I wanted to shop in a cheap looking warehouse, I would go to cheapo Walmart or Grocery Outlet. It's just a shame that this welcoming bright store is being ruined for this industrial look and do it yourself check out yourself register model. What was wrong with the last store design? Now it's just plain ugly. Sorry Albertsons, whoever sold you on that new layout and ugly design theme saw you coming.

This is a good Albertsons. There is plenty of variety and the Tri Tip is great. They are the only place in town that doesn’t trim the fat cap and the price is great. Nice people but the lines are slow and getting someone out to swap out a gas tank is no fun. But overall great supermarket

Employees at this store are mighty angry, especially in the bakery. The lady discounting the bakery goods this morning (latina with tattoo on forearm) looked like she's ready to stab anybody who bothers her. Asked her a simple question and then fled when she responded so angrily. Evelyn, one of the cashiers is also very rude. Perhaps Albertsons needs to offer better pay, bonus incentives or free counseling services because these employess are definitely not happy with their jobs and probably not happy in life.

Starbucks cafe hours 6-8pm is a clean nice store hardly ever get approached by employees however self checkout is a bit off if u need help, Starbucks staff are ok not very friendly but they try to make the drinks fast
