Worse pharmacy ever, speak to a pharmacist? If you calll 4 to 6 times because their 'mailbox isnt set up'. I cant even get my sons medications moved to a more able pharmacy because SAV-ON pharmacy never answers.Get presriptions filled? Good luck they are either out and will order some. But never do, or they dont fill it and say "we are so busy and backed up"This is by far the worse pharmacy in town. I would never even recommend it to my worse enemy as an option.

The usual wait time between requesting a refill and the pharmacy actually refilling it can be anywhere from two days to two weeks, even if I have refills available. If I'm out of refills, I have to call my doctor and ask them to submit refills because the pharmacy doesn't ever seem to do it (and it's part of their job). When my doctor authorizes refills, the pharmacy tells me it's to early to refill one of them yet ignores those refills I requested because I'm out of. My doctor sending refills after an appointment isn't the same as me actually requesting those refills, yet they cannot distinguish the difference. Checking their computer should tell them, but they don't seem to bother. The result is that one week later, I've been out of two prescriptions for days and they still haven't filled anything I requested last week.I came here this morning looking for a new pharmacy, but I decided it's time to leave a review at the one I'm currently suffering with. Some of the staff are nice but if you have prescriptions that you need regularly refilled, this isn't the pharmacy to go to.

Forget this place, unreliable employees , dishonest staff, handicapped parking is inconvenient if you are actually disabled. Be ready to walk.

My father was called and told that his prescription was ready. He waited 2 days and went to the pharmacy. Upon arrival, he was told the medication was not ready. They told him to wait 2 hours and to shop while waiting. His condition does not allow him to be out shopping and waiting. Not sure how this happened but the pharmacy has to be better.

Disabled parking is very far from the entrance. Priority parking is given to seniors and grocery pick up. The app is hard to navigate and doesn’t give you the info you need, like if an order was cancelled or if they are waiting on the do. Finally, they do not follow up. If a med is “too expensive” they don’t order it, if the med needs to be renewed, they don’t get the renewal from the doctor. There’s a lot of handholding.

I recently shopped the produce section, finding avocados literally rotting inside the green mesh bags. Also found many items, such as packaged lettuce mixes and chopped vegetables past the selling date. Not uncommon at both Albertsons and Stater Bros.

Deli. The girl at the counter was very rude and was upset that I didn't order my chicken 24 hours in advance. Even though she had plenty of chicken to sell me she wouldn't and stated there's a 24 piece of chicken limit. Ridiculous what kind of company will not want to sell there inventory. I guess they rather throw away the food at then end if the day then keep a loyal customer. Also if such policy exist it should be posted instead of wasting a customers time.

I have never had a bad experience with a pharmacy until I visited this one. The rudest, most inconsiderate and incompetent employees. They gave me a medication I've never taken and didn't give me any instructions. I asked, "were any other medications called in?" No she said. I received a text today that the other med is ready. The one that was never called in. Oh and if you want to wait in line FOREVER that's the place for you. I switched and will never wait in that line for an RX that isn't even ready or they have sent it back.

One of the Best Albertsons store! The store is always clean and organized whenever you shop. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh. The meat department one of the highlights in this branch. If you are looking for fresh meat, here is the right place. The seafood always good. The bakery is another highlight! Frozen section, cleaning supplies, canned food, tissue paper products and liquors. I enjoy shopping around to find my grocery list and of course I usually go beyond the list. All Albertsons have sale on Fridays on certain items and usually they are good deals. Digital coupons are accessible if you have the app. If you enter your phone number, it shows the coupon you clipped which is great The parking lot is spacious. The employees are very nice,attentive and friendly. It's a nice branch to shop at and find varieties of good products.

Online Orders, RICARDO's team. This grocery store provides very poor customer service. I ordered items to be delivered it was instead set for Pick-up. Being sick and unable to leave the house I asked for a delivery, which they failed to do. I then called and asked for the refund they refuse to to process it due to the order being longer than the 7 days from date of purchase rule. I didn't get the products yet ALBERTSONS wants to keep the MONEY??! Unethical, DISHONEST, and Bad Faith business practices. I will be taking this issue further and I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.

The management just don't give a f*** how I'm treated while visiting the store. Awful stench in front tonight and coming from their mouths, Evelyn who calls herself a manager and Quinton who stated she's on break ten minutes before quitting time. Priceless. Evelyn is a moron They should install metal detectors or b******* detectors so what happened in Boulder supermarket; store clerks and customers shot and killed doesn't happen to the customers there. Or else it might. Jeff Tso Take my advice, Albertsons. Clean up your sorry act before we all have to suffer much more

I love shopping at Albertsons and typically I can get in and out in no time at all. I thought the first few times I visited this store the slow speed was just one or two time deal. However, I'm now convinced that this store is the slowest to check people out. Oh my gosh, this was painfully slow. I will go elsewhere next time.

We were more or less forced to transfer here when the Glendora Vons Pharmacy closed. Thought the transfers should be easy because it’s the same parent company. No such luck. Could not transfer anything via the app. I had to call and manually transfer every Rx. I previously relied heavily on the online access. With Albertsons, it’s a joke. I cannot login at all about half the time. The app has failed every time to register my cell phone for text updates. Transfer of pet medications via the app also proved impossible. The app shows old RXs it should not and lets you accidentally try to fill an old one. It does not accurately show RXs already being filled. It’s junk.The counter service is slow, but I don’t blame the employees. Their parent company closed a pharmacy nearby and clearly expected the staff here to accommodate all the new transfers when they were not equipped and also have to handle the work that the online interface should have. I suspect they are doing their best with a bad situation.
