I'm usually a Home Depot shopper, but I wanted to use Aura paint in a remodeled bathroom - an Ace exclusive - so I dropped by Mission Ace Hardware this afternoon to gather paint samples. I was greeted immediately by Ange, by the MOST helpful store associate I have ever encountered. She walked me through my options, including the necessary step of using an appropriate primer on the new drywall. She explained the types of Aura paint, their applications and cure times. Ange knows colors! In the blink of an eye, she was able to select the perfect Aura color for a white bathroom and a lovely blue for a guest bath that has a new tiled floor in a blue/gray/ivory pattern. I left Mission Ace Hardware feeling confident that I had the right products and pro tips for a successful paint project. Thanks, Ange!

Avoid. Terrible customer service. Don't bother asking the cashiers for help they know nothing and have a rancid attitude.

Worst manager and app ever! I was told by their customer service they would honor the price on ACE HARDWARE website as long as the sku matched. Which it did. Then they couldn't charge me correctly, because the website pricing didn't give a proper code. Spent another 15min to follow the store rules of purchasing online and then pick up. Which didn't work because my password reset wasn't recognized. And store manager gives no f**** about helping me out. Thanks for nothing.

I decided to try Benjamin Moore Paint and this is the closest to my location. The Guy who helped me the first time was amazing I decided to get the samples sizes. When I returned to get my full size, the lady who was there, not sure if something is not all together with her. It is hard to say, seems like she is on something not together at all. She asked me the same question 6 times, I doesn't listen and then she looks away when she realizes she is not answering your questions, she loves to cut you off, then she didn't listen and then she goes back to agreeing with whatever you are saying. I asked someone else to help me but everyone there claims she is the wiz at picking and helping with colors. I don't think so, just her energy is weird. Makes you feel very strange. The Benjamin Moore paint is amazing, just wish people were more helpful with paint questions.

Angela is the name to remember when visiting this place for your hardware needs. In July she helped my husband and I with the huge sale of the perfect pizza oven and accessories and had it loaded up quickly as we were in a rush. I returned to today to pick this women's brain as I recall her saying months ago she has a knack for paint colors. She didn't disappoint! I arrived at the wrong time (her lunch) I patiently waited in my car for her return from the hour break. She walked me through so many options and truly wanted to find the perfect color for me sending me home with samples to try. Support your local hardware store and if you do choose ACE which I highly recommend say hello to Angela. She helped many customers while she was still working with me (clearly she's popular) but gives 100 % of her knowledge and kindness. With the best service ever! Thank you Ace and thank you Angela the sweet gem of the store this is why I drove past all hardware stores and paint stores 12 miles and waited for her

Ange was amazing and so knowledgeable when she helped me pick out paint and some other items I needed. She was so patient and informative. She knew where every item I needed was located. She answered every single one of my questions and was so sweet about it. You can tell she loves what she does.

This is a great place with all kinds of stuff. The people are friendly and helpful. If you are tired of the big box stores check this place out you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I brought in my broken screen and it was measure wrong. I brought back the screen to advise that it was measure incorrectly. I made the mistake of stating the Wong measurement the se one time and it was too long. I brought it back a third time to encounter the original sales guy and he was very combative. I rank this as Poot customer service. I have had to go through so much just to cric a screen. I ultimately went to a different Ace Hardware due to the service. I left feeling embarrassed and very dissatisfied. I think you work with people to resolve a problem; not be combative with your customer.

Don’t trust what the ace website says they have in stock. It is not accurate. The store employees try to be helpful and we’re friendly.
