HA not surprised this store has a terribly low rating . I bought a white shirt from here despite it being overpriced $77 , tried it on at home with the outfit I had inspired to go with it but it didn’t look nice so I came back for an exchange. The staff very mundane and not welcoming. Says said her manager said she can’t exchange it because it smells of perfume. I smelt it , it smelt like their terrible fabric. I just left the shirt there for them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯If customer service would had been better or they could be more accommodating maybe the store would have better reputation. Anyway wish their business the best of luck

The reason I’m giving 1 star because I went to this Zie boutique location July 7 at 4.30pm I went inside to ask the lady what happened the manager didn’t call me about the Zie home and all of a sudden the manager called her on the phone and told her that I have to leave the store and not come back that was really rude from the zie boutique manager shame on her shame on the manager and the manager supposed to call me about the Zie home and she never called me that was really rude this is not right at all I wanna make a complaint on the manager shame on you zie boutique manager rude rude rude rude bad manager

I had the worst experience .If you order something from this store .You have to beg for return ,They just refuse to return anything you already bought .I wanted to return regular price blouse ,and they refused stating it's an accessory when I insisted they told me they will do an exception after wasting 20 minutes .Also the worst customer service the worker was texting to the boss and calling to tell her to reply for 15 minutes .

Beautiful garments . The earrings only $25!!! I was stunned when I walked by bc this store style is right up my alley . The girl at the counter was so nice too , love their style and I want to go back and get some more things from here .

I'm very disappointed in the material & quality of the clothes here , everything seems very over price for what it is , So i went on May 17 to purchases to this store , i found it so cute i loved it , am from out of two i live 3 hours away , i though they where going to win my business but unfortunately not ! So today May 29. I decided to wear my new pants to work , & as am walking i see my pants are ripping , am like what , if this is the first time i worn this , my FIRST use & this pants are ripping on me , honestly spending $200 dollars for 3 pieces & for it to be cheap material isn't worth it , Ross pants have more sturdy material then this b******* ! & then they dont want to help me !! Like come on now, stop acting like a high end boutique if quality would be like dollar tree,
