“Visited this store for the first time today (Oct 13, 1:20pm). Got a cute pair of velvety Mary Janes. All three of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. The manager was super friendly, and Seven who rung us up was was great. Awesome store with a killer team”
“Premium quality, top notch fabrics and design. Then when you add the fact that their prices are 25 to 50% lower than they should be - this becomes an absolutely amazing chain.
Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”

The staff is friendly and they offer a wide variety of styles at reasonable prices.
However, be aware that they do require personal information when making returns. Overall, a good shopping experience except that!”

“I couldn't even tell you the last time I was inside a Banana Republic but it would have been close to a decade ago in San Diego. This is the outpost inside the Glendale Galleria. It's a "double wide" lot and tons of stock inside. Basically the same as what I remembered from the past but they had more "house wares" than I remember, pillows and such.”

“You guys it always pays to say something. I saw a email on 50 % off everything but I didn’t go any further than that that it was online only. I went to the store didn’t see any signage so when I tried on the bras, I double checked the website and saw it was online only . I put the bras back on the rack and advise the person behind the counter that we purchasing online because I didn’t fully read the email and they both said no problem they can accommodate me and honor the sale . Really appreciate you guys doing that .”

“I went in very late one evening looking for a posh outfit for the following day. I was frazzled and Diana asked if she could help. I know zero about fashion but I trusted her immediately. Some of the things she choose were very outside my comfort zone and she happily brought me items that were spot on. Hamlet offered to jump in and before I knew it, without any sales pressure whatsoever, I had been styled and I purchased the clothes that I loved and the “scary” ones. They didn’t rush me and we’re very honest about what would (and would not) look good on me. I appreciated their honestly and that allowed me to grow into “owning my new look.” Compliments galore.
