“Premium quality, top notch fabrics and design. Then when you add the fact that their prices are 25 to 50% lower than they should be - this becomes an absolutely amazing chain.
Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
“Massive shot out to Tammy! I went in to buy a new suit and had one already mind. She suggested I try an alternative one that will fit my body type better. I did not know my size or anything and she was able to figure all that out for me. Her suggestion looked way better than the one I had picked out and on top of that she even told me I should be getting $100 off it too! Tammy is literally what sales associates should aspire to become. I will definitely shop at this express than other locations because of her.”

The customer service is amazing! Naz the owner is very friendly, kind, helpful and she gives the best fashion advice. “Got a cute pencil case to put my Makeup in . I needed a new one and the prices were decent . I love the glossy finish of this bag and I'm gonna try to go back for the matching set . “Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”

She took care of everything from tailoring advice to the ordering, shipping, and follow-up calls.
