Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh. Everything is very unique. Something that I love so much about this place is that they make bouquets that match up with each season and holiday. The workers are extremely hard working and kind. I can not understand why this flower shop has multiple bad reviews, it's literally the best flower shop in LA. There has been times where I have made special requests and they always work hard to make it happen. Everything is priced extremely reasonably. I just found out that they have an instagram account (willow.floral), and it is still a growing account so you should definitely check it out if your looking for some beautiful flowers.

I needed a boutonniere last minute for my wedding, and they were able to turn around an order day-of! The woman at the store was friendly, and even let me charge my phone so I could get to my next destination.

Willow floral has the kindest staff and adheres to each of their customers needs. I've gotten flowers from here for my sister and mom and they absolutely love it. Recently got "forever flowers" and displayed it in my living room. Everyone who comes in instantly notices and compliments them! The staff was very kind and helpful with picking out the right colors/flowers for each occasion. I would highly recommend this flower shop as they care for their customers and the services they provide!

basic communication has nothing to do with what you offer as a service or don't. It Can help gain new customers if you had workers with some common sense of that.

We just order 3 flower arrangements for funeral when I saw the flowers was with white ribbon and writing was with pink ink. When I called to them and asked very nicely why was pink the guy was so rude he told me you have to open your eyes and then order it. They didn ask anything about what I want it .he yell at me and talked very bad and then he told me I'm gonna record your voice and report you! Wait wait what?

I got flowers from here for my friends birthday and they looked very beautiful and elegant. I didn't know at first if I should go because of the bad reviews but after my first time there I will for sure be going back. They were very respectful and patient with me.

I bought flowers from here for my wife and she absolutely loved them. The flowers are very fresh and beautiful. Customer service is 10/10. I will for sure be returning for future events and holidays.

Found this place one day on my way to my girlfriend's house. Turned out to be the best place in 818 for flowers. They don't have 1000 different types but what they have is Great!

The owner and his staff are unprofessional. They were dishonest and rude. Very unfortunate that they had such terrible customer service. We will never return and recommend that you avoid Willow Floral.

Received a beautiful bouquet from this florist in 10-12, for my birthday. The colors were vibrant and the flowers were extremely fresh. Presentation was top notch We are new to California, but I have now found my florist. Thank you again for making my day special
