I had on call doctor appointment at 4 pm they called me at 1 pm to tell me about my blood results, then at 3 pm I got text message to check in for my 4 pm appointment, nobody called me then I received an invoice for my appointment I called the next day to ask them why they charge me and nobody called me for the scheduled appointment the secretary was so rude and she was yelling at me doesn’t want to understand that I got charged for an appointment that I didn’t get, worst experience, the front desk people are rude and has zero respect for patience, I will definitely changing this doctor calling my insurance to change from this messed up place!

Very badly. They treated me poorly, the doctor never wanted to hear my opinion and all the time I had high blood sugar and she didn't treat me well. And they gave their friends papers to rest at work and they didn't have anything serious just because they were friends. And they knew English, they treated them better and I, who felt very bad since 2020, never gave me a piece of paper to rest and they never always had appointments. Even if I was very bad, I had to go to the emergency room because they never had time for me. I spent years sick with sugar and now they changed my doctor and in a month I changed medicine and better blinds.With the new doctor.There with that doctor they are very racist

Comically bad. Reported them to the CA Osteopathic Medical Board for flagrant HIPAA violations. Those are patient medical charts lying out in the open. This office and the clowns that work here are a joke. You will never see the actual doctor associated with this practice (Zamorano) but medical students or nurse practitioners. They are always running at least two hours behind schedule. I chose this office because it's close to my home, but these are low quality people and I wish I left the practice sooner.

Being a patient at this office its been the worse experience for my husband and me. Every time we had an appoiment were been waiting for a long time in the waiting room as well inside. Communication with staff regarding refills, it's horrible and wait for them to return calls it's the worse, never happens. In general the service is very poor. Sad to say this office is not to help patients, is only to make money charging the insurances in advance without giving the service.

Dr.Z as I call him, honestly saved my well being. Dr. Z is very professional and very caring. The staff is like very caring very family-friendly. My family all have Dr. Z as their primary dr.very caring everytime I've been able to see him I leave very optimistic. Thanks Dr. Z

This is my first review cuz if i can leave zero stars i would have. It was literally impossible to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT since i was put on hold for 3 separate times for 20min and when called back no one answers and u cant make appt online. Staff is rude & not on clock during the time they say their operating hours are. Absolutely a joke to be running a health org and a waste of my time. To whoever reading, plz find somewhere and do not bother.

This is so far the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. I found out I was pregnant the week before Christmas so I immediately called the office to go and have some blood work since I used the home pregnancy tests. (Just wanted to confirm) They told me I didn't need an appt, just to go as a walk in. So I did... Once I got to the office, the nurse said she couldn't do it because I needed to have a lab request. I explained to her I had previously called and told her the conversation I had with the receptionist. After explaining myself several times, she agreed to do the blood work. Once she was done, she mentioned the results will be delayed because of the holidays but they will give me a call as soon as they receive it and the authorization to see my OBGYN will be send out as well. It has been more than 3 weeks now and no one has called me to give me an update on the authorization nor to give me the test results. I called the office yesterday and the girl said the results are positive but there's no authorization on record. She said she was going to check my chart and will call me back later..... I am still waiting for her call. This is beyond unacceptable and I will definitely file a complaint with the MBC.

Totally unethical and incompetent. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone for any reason. You will need to follow up with them over and over again to accomplish the simplest things like refilling a prescription. They will bill your insurance in sketchy ways without a proper explanation. Never actually spoke to the actual doctor in over a year as a patient here. I've filed a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and I suggest that anyone else who has similar issues does the same thing - you can do it online.

Made an appointment for a physical a month in advance. Get to the appointment and was only seen by a student and was there for over 2 1/2 HOURS !! They kept saying the doctor was on the way but after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, we couldn’t wait any longer and shouldn’t have to. Then the receptionist tells us that he can reschedule us for end of June .. another 2 months!! Or they can put us for Monday but no idea how long we will have to wait that day!! Why do they make appointments and make you wait almost 3 hours to see a doctor??? Ridiculous!!

They never pick up the phone or return calls. I'm a current patient. You need to hire a new office manager and get an online system for prescription refills.
