This is so far the worst experience! Not ok nly are we dealing with life changing health concerns, but now we also have to deal with these people. They are unprofessional and don't really care about prociding good customer service to the patients thwy serve. It's very sad that people have to deal with health issues and this on top of it.

Okay two days ago on the 28th I went here to pick up two pieces of equipment. Very nice people had everything I needed. So I thought. There was a simple mistake made that I let the person know today on the 30th should be corrected and send it to me. I am a 65-year-old senior and handicap. I'm very appalled that companies think that they can just dismiss customers. I picked up a bedside for an upcoming surgery. My surgery is in 4 days. There was not a toilet seat or cover. I spoke to a woman name Ellen. Who told me it would take 8 to 10 days to get it to me. I told her that won't work I need that within 2 days if not overnight. Is the small base company that makes all their money on customer service. I was once a small base company. If you don't take care of customers you don't have a business. I threatened to put pictures of my toilet on the internet. She and then told me I had to beg the owners to send this toilet seat to me in her record 2 days. I was not going to grovel for my seat but I was going to get my seat and I did. I'm so tired of these people who have senioritis

Worst costumer service.staffs needs including costumer service dept needs to be educated proper ways of answering and handling calls . Call goes to voicemail or if u are on hold good luck with that.

Can never get a call back from customer service. I’ve been calling for the past week and nothing. Don’t know if they are really that busy or they just don’t want to answer.

I would give this company zero stars of I could. No one returns phone calls and the terrible customer service is non-existent. I needed diapers for my son.and this company never followed through. It's a travesty that this company is still in business

The supplies are great when you can get them... I hate that I have to order every few months. I call and call only exchange answers. I never get a call back. I had a problem with this company for months until I finally got my doctor to handle issues. For a couple of deliveries they were on the ball, delivery great. Then supply company said I would have to call and order my self . I called and the nightmare starts over again. ?
If I could give no stars or a minuse I would.?

The worst customer service that you can imagine. Calling all morning, 2 people at CS hung up on me. Left 4 messages, no call back. I don’t know how to be in contact with their customer service. I’m sure you don’t care about this reviews otherwise something would have been changed in your Bussiness CS. Your managers and supervisors should have beet more proactive that you will do not only your assignments but a customer service too. Imagine you’re the patient or patient’s parent.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to communicate with customer service, a week ago I called, and the person who assisted me told me that in 2 or 3 days, I would receive my order, 8 days have already passed, and today when I called, it turns out that the first person did not submit my order, and it is assumed that they already have the reference from my child's medical group, very bad, if they have the option to change to another place, it is better to do it

Doctor ordered wheelchairs and walking sticks for our families and we never received the products. Tried to call this company. We called 100* times and every time just got transferred here and there and no one actually helped us. Left voice mails and no one ever called back too. What a JOKE for a medical supply company that people’s health depending on it.

After reading the reviews it’s very apparent this company is bottom barrel, my first dealings were mid level ok with their customer service, however now that I need to follow up on a mobility scooter, I can’t believe I’ve left voicemails and messages for someone to call me back for a follow up almost everyday and nothing (I find it hilarious they record their calls for “ training purposes”- how about actually answering the phone) Hopefully my insurance will help me find another provider because this company is a joke and I recommend if possible avoiding this company altogether
