Came in here last week to deposit a check in someone account. Showed up at 2pm and the manager Sona was very rude and unwilling to help. Go somewhere else if u can.

Yeah don't come here, the employees catch an attitude if you expect them to do their job, especially the curly haired fat one the other reviewers mention. Replace them with ATMs, they'll do a better job.

I waited for 40 minutes in line with 10 people behind me only for them to run out of money. The teller was awful and angry to be there and it translated to the customers. if you have the option avoid this spot.

I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.

Terrible. I went yesterday to get help with my mother who was handicapped and the lady completely ignored us although we were on the right line -just kept having other people go on the disabled line instead of attending her. Never going here again . Terrible service and time being there

Although, Wells Fargo overall is a horrible bank...go somewhere else. Nobody at this location wants to do their job to assist you. Try going to other bigger branches. I recommend the one on Brand.

Divorce bank ever I took a $5000 government check IHSS and they said we can cash it for you. I don’t know why they saying me to go another branch all shot service manager didn’t even come outside to talk to me.

This location is the worst!! No idea why they say open if usually even website shows working hours and you arrive inside posted "working hours " on wells fargo web site and the people there say they are close? Today is the 4th time in 2 weeks that i arrived and they say closed!! I used bcos is the closest to my job but really this place sucks!! If you lucky and they "work" only one teller an long lines and it go most of time till ralphs door and outside

This branch is one of the best in terms of service, all the staff, especially the young Susana Quesada, who was incredibly attentive, explains everything in a special way and has a familiar treatment. Many thanks to her, we solved a problem for me and my husband.

I hate that I'm giving this one star! It should be zero stars. Pathetic of a branch manager had the audacity to exchange words with me. Extremely unprofessional!! I just had a direct deposit and he said he couldn't help me with that. Then proceeded to say that "it is what it is" that there's only one teller and that I would have to wait in line.

I know this location is temporarily closed but there's still an Wells Fargo ATM. There are 2 actually. BOTH DONT WORK!

I'm a Wells Fargo banker for a long time and sometimes staff at certain locations can get overwhelmed with questions issues etc. especially this branch. So far they act quickly with guests needs and even go above and beyond with their services. Her name is Ms. Sona who just arrived and caught me struggling at the ATM machine I asked for help and she took her time with me even though she had also being called for another customer who had some issues. Kudos to you Sona. Keep up the good work and Thank you for your assistance.
