I came to this branch to renew my investment cd account, Svetlana was just thrilled & excited to get rid of me and close my account instead lol unreal.Oh by the way when you close your account they charge $10 for a cashiers ck lol, at least the tellers manager was kind enough not to charge me.

We made an appointment weeks in advance. We arrived and they let us know apparently the banker doesn’t work there anymore even though we never made an appointment with a specific banker. I received two confirmation texts as well for my appointment including one the day off. We will definitely not be opening a new account with Wells Fargo.

If I could give 0 stars I wouwld. Now you have to pay for parking to go to a bank and the for ATM's don't do cash deposits so it was a waste of time

Worst branch . They moved across the street and became more rude. The service manager or branch manager whatever she was . Very rude lady. No customer service skills at all. Never again will I go to this branch. Hell no.

Come to this branch for all your needs, Seda was so kind and helpful. I was getting the run around with other bankers and with her help I was able to get everything resolved in minutes.

OMG! Ran around trying to do Banking . Their Big Nice Bank on Brand Blvd in Glendale. CLOSED !!! must be hurting for cash.. Moved across the Street. A Small Small Branch If You Blink Your Eye You Pass it. Please wear your Mask not much room there is line.. BTW poor Customer Service Young Lady acted too Busy when asked a question briefly mentioned something and walk off..
