This HOA firm has really done great things for our board and community. In the past we fired 3 companies units we finally hired Wall Street HOA. They've been managing us for the past 5 and a half years. They've helped us improve our financial status as well as taking care of a few big common area projects.

These guys really know how to manage an HOA professionally. Our HOA hired Wall Street about 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. Mark and Ray have really been responsive and helpful in every situation we've had.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. They have poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional in their approach and handling of accounts. There needs to be a greater focus on quality improvement and optimization of customer service.

I would not recommend this horrible management company to anyone. They don't take home maintenance seriously, I had a water leak that was coming from the main pipe in the building and they kept putting me off, telling me to give them more time and then not responding. After a week then they finally sent someone which is crazy because it should have been treated as an emergency. They claim on the homeowner portal that they are available 24/7 to deal with emergencies such as leaks, however I had a steady leak coming into my unit for over a week. This company is absolutely horrible, do not trust and be prepared to handle every expense on your own, they are just there to collect your money.

They added a charge to my account of $1500 and never notified me. Unprofessional. Please do not trust this company with HOA management unless you want surprises and being fully on your own. Charge money and do not do work. Unresponsive and rude. I do not recommend. Looking to switch the building to a new company. No meetings in the past 2 years. Please look elsewhere and good luck ?

They will hang up. They will take your info and claim to call you back. They will forward to random voicemails. They will pretend you talked to someone else and make up a name. They won’t help you even if it’s an emergency. This place is a scam.

This company is the worst. They are very shady and will literally steal money from your HOA. The management agreement states postage will be charged AT COST. They kept charging us a flat $30/month when the at-cost postage was closer to $5/month. We kept complaining and telling them they are illegally overcharging us, but they didn't seem to care. I think their business model is to extract as much money as they can instead of retaining business.They also charged us a $75 "after-hours meeting", and never provided us any supporting documents for it even after we complained 3x that we never had this meeting.They also try to push over-priced and awful service-providers for your HOA. You get the same, if not better, level if service for half the price.Lastly, this company doesn't manage anything. We, the board, had to manage them to manage our property. Patsy, our assigned manager, literally disappeared for 3 months and never responded to anyone's emails or phone calls. Even when she was there, we had to keep reminder her to pay bills, schedule inspections, etc.Our new management company isn't great. But they are 1,000x better than Wall Street. We are extremely happy, now.

Horrible company. Lived here from 2019-2021, and they AIR BNB'd the bottom unit to people who consistently blasted music to the point where the police were called multiple times. They charged a 5,000 dollar security deposit for a two bedroom, and when we moved out did not give us a single dollar back....citing "holes in the wall." We were never given an itemized list of deductions. The entire two years I rented from these grifters, someone always seemed to be parked in my reserved space. Avoid them like the Bubonic plague.

Wallstreet manages my HOA. They honestly do things very quickly and with much easy. Patsy is very nice. She has amazing customer service and gets things done immediately.

Wall Street hoa has really helped our building with a lot of things including our maintenance and budget. At the time we hired them our building was sub par at best. Ever since their inception, they have helped us raise revenue and cut expenses. Our board used the excess funds to beautify our building. I particularly like dealing with Patsy. She is full of knowledge and great energy.

One of the worst property management companies ever. I have called their emergency number numerous times and they never call you back. What is the purpose of even having an emergency number is no one ever responds? Stay clear of the shady company. Very unprofessional and derelict in their duties.
