Such friendly pharmacists/Pharm techs-they accommodate reasonable requests, very timely, and actually care about your health. I don't usually write reviews about pharmacies, but I had such a terrible experience with CVS ( long lines, very grumpy employees, doesn't want to answer any questions/accommodate) that this one really shone through. Thank you to everyone at this pharmacy for giving me one less thing to worry about!

I always visit this place because it's the closest to my home. But there are disadvantages: 1) always out of some items (some kinds of fruit, ice cream, meat, etc) 2) a way slow deli. They work like there's no one waiting while actually there are around 5 people waiting in line 3) a bit higher prices But there are advantages as well! 1) good quality products. I've been shopping here for 7 months and haven't experienced anything spoiled 2) friendly cashiers 3) profitable discounts 4) there's Starbucks inside! So I can't say anything exceptionally good about this place, but it's not bad place for shopping!

This location has an issue by choosing the right employee. I was in the store 10:50 they closed the door in which they supposed to close at 11 :09 pm the security didn't let me in I called the manager she never showed up the security said sorry I can't do anything I been told by manager to close the door not let anyone in. I was explaining that I have to get a Medicine overt the counter he said I wish I can help you but she won't let . And then told him to talk to her she didn't even came close to talk to me . Would you please hire a new skilled manager with empathy and understanding skills . Our society need the right people a a great skills . Thank you!!

I was looking for a certain item and I asked several staff for help and all of them just kept saying it's out of stock. But Sandra, she was at the checkout lines, heard us and went out of her way to find us the item that we were looking for :) thank you Sandra!

I shop at this store for one reason, it's the closest to where I live and the next closest store is Albertsons (same company) Don't order your groceries for pick from these stores or Ralphs. Today the gallon of milk I ordered expires tomorrow. How do these folks even think that this would be ok? From now on I guess I will just have to drive farther to get my groceries. Paying these outrageous high prices doesn't get you better service.

My Pharmacy inside Von's they also have sushi, Deli Sandwiches, Flower Shop, there's a Star Bucks and the People ARE VERY NICE???

They need better security outside and they need to start prosecuting people who like to steal, hanging out sleeping in the parking lots and etc. I don't know why this location but this Vons always has a lot of homeless and mentally ill people hanging out in the parking lots. Currently, there's one guy who just took up residence right at the entrance where cars enter and exit. and he lays right on the entrance. I almost hit him at one point! There's feces & trash & he doesn't wear pants so maybe you will get a peep show!! Vons need to call the cops or they need to have security walking the grounds and tell them to move on because it is very gross and dangerous. And I've called up the police department and they say Vons don't like to prosecute anyone but yet they complain. Well that defeats the purpose of calling

I’ve been calling the pharmacy from 10 AM to 2 PM and still no one is answering. I called the store to make sure that the pharmacy was open and ask why no one was answering and they said maybe they’re on a lunch break. I need to fill my prescription after leaving the ER. This is outrageous!
