Sorry but the lady is not willing to help at all. Multiple people have commented the same issue. This is the 2nd time I've experienced this with her. She told me my phone doesn't support eSIM and made me drive to Pasadena on my lunch break and the corporate store activated eSIM. She didn't even check. Doesn't give a flying F about helping

Ting was really patient and super helpful! She helped me multiple times with my phone and explained how things work. I would recommend this place for her excellent customer service!

The girl that I spoke with was not about helping me whatsoever and all she cared about was what the screen said and did not look to help me whatsoever. In fact, she looked to not help me and I left more aggravated than when I came in. I went home and called customer service which she refused to do, and never offered any explanation other than what the screen said. Once I called, the person on the phone at least apologized for her and then went to work on my phone and guess what? He fixed it within 5 mins, having nothing to do with what the girls screen told her. Weird right, didn't have to pay a dime and it was fixed. This store used to be solid until the staffing changes over the past year and a half. Very disappointed in the worthless service provided in those 4 walls. This girl needs to go and the guy sitting next to her said nothing and did not try to alleviate the situation either. Horrible horrible horrible. Thank goodness for the call center or it would be time to leave Verizon.

I came in here after having trouble with Verizon via support and at other Verizon locations. My line had been switched and misrepresented between the two lines on my account and was going to cause me troubles upgrading. But I came into this location and a woman helped me (I didn't get her name!) through all of it. She made it super easy and fixed my problems. She was very clear, concise, and professional. I enjoyed chatting with her as well as we waited for my phone to update. I really have never had this great of an experience with Verizon or any store but this was superb. I hope she continues working here because I don't want to get help with anything related to my phone or upgrades without her!

I'm a Verizon customer who needed assistance with an existing family plan and id figured I'd come in on a Saturday afternoon. Granted I assumed you guys were busy but I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted and a couple minutes I just walked out. Maybe you should have more than one associate on the floor. Very unprofessional to not even be greeted

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Adriana at the Verizon store in Montrose, California. She went above and beyond to assist me when the store on Foothill wanted to charge me $50 for something that should have been free –transferring data from my old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 15. Adriana's professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding, and I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me out. After this wonderful experience, I will never set foot in the location on Foothill and Lowell again. I even spent $2000 at another Verizon store in Santa Monica just because the Foothill location refused to help me. But thanks to Adriana and the Montrose Verizon store, I found the exceptional service I was looking for.

She went above and beyond to assist me when the store on Foothill wanted to charge me $50 for something that should have been free - transferring data from my old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 15. Adriana's professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding, and I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me out. After this wonderful experience, I will never set foot in the location on Foothill and Lowell again. I had an issue with transferring my service to Verizon over the phone. My phone was disconnected for 2 hours and I decided to go the Verizon Store on Verdugo Rd.Luckily, a young lady named Adriana was there to assist me through my issue. She was very patient, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. She was able to call tech support. Secure my line. Found a SIM card for me to use (They were running low on SIM cards due to a recent family promotion but she still looked around and somehow was able to find it). She stayed with me and somehow we were able to troubleshoot and get through the ordeal.Thank you Adriana!!

I came in here looking to see if there were deals available to trade-in my old iPhone for a newer one. Upon walking in, I noticed the only service rep (young, blond hair, don't know his name) was on his phone. He told me he was helping another client and that I should wait, yet it was obvious he was calling about support for his own phone! Literally, while on the clock, he was having me (a potential customer) wait as he called support to get help on his OWN phone. I know he was lying and not helping a customer because he literally was having the conversation on speaker.I was blown away. It makes me wonder if the owner realizes this kid that they hired is making them look terrible. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to call out bad behavior like this. I quickly left and re-routed to another Verizon Authorized Retailer who I could take more seriously.

Update: The person in charge of this store actually gave me a phone call and apologized and asked if he could give me a screen protector for free to make it right. And since I had already bought one I declined, but he still wanted to make it right so instead he gave me a brand new phone case. I really do appreciate that! He said Customer Service is his #1 thing and it's really big for him, and I felt he was being sincere. Thank you to Anthony! He's awesome. I love my new phone case. Anthony is the reason why I am updating my review!

Ani Azar is awesome!!!! Bought a gizmo watch for my son over phone--couldn't activate it, spent hours with corporate customer service to no avail--sent me to LG who told me they don't make gizmo watches. I went in to my local dealer and Ani solved my problem quickly and was extremely helpful! She also informed me I was eligible for a loyalty reward discount that no one else had bothered to inform us of. Highly recommend this dealer and super happy with Ani for her quick help, customer service, and professionalism!
