I went on a consultation for removal of my spider veins. They told me it’s $800. I was recommended this place by my coworkers, who paid $250, even though their condition was worse. I was totally okay with paying the amount but I wanted to know why am i getting charged such a different amount. When i called to check why mine is $800, front desk worker named Martin answers everyone’s is individual. As you said to me i have barely anything why is my procedure costing $800 and others with complicated varicose veins is $250. Taking long time and not being able to explain to me why mine is more expensive, Martin tells me that i have no degree and i won’t understand the difference regardless. Then he turns off the phone on me. After multiple times of calling them again, they kept putting my call aside and no longer responding. Seemed like i was calling someone’s personal phone instead of a clinic. Then, on my appointment date, i go to the clinic. Martin gives me papers to sign with an attitude on his face. Therefore, i asked for the manager. Doctor and the manager approached me and i told them about the experience i had with Martin. The doctor decided to refuse my service with attitude on her face and laughter. Everybody in this office is very unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for hanging up the phone on me and giving me attitude, I was told to leave. They did not take no responsibility for anything they did. Im very unpleased with the service like this. Ive never experienced such an unprofessionalism anywhere.
I will make sure to file the complaints also to the medical Board

I am so thankful to Vena Vein and especially to my practitioner Gayane for removing the veins in my legs and being so thorough with the follow up appointments. I felt really safe in Gayane's hands and was amazed by the results. The treatment is a bit painful but that's to be expected, and it's totally worth it to have vein-free legs. I am a very happy customer and recommend 100%!

They made veins worst then it was before. I spend over $2500 and noting changed Don't trust them that clinic just wants your money.

I went to Vena to have my spider veins treated and had just about a month - six weeks before I needed to attend a big event and was hopeful I'd be fully healed by then. Gayane Sargsyan treated me and did an incredible job of setting expectations and guiding me toward an ideal outcome. She was so gentle and in less than a week I could already see the veins disappearing. Within just a couple of weeks all redness and bruising had subsided. She did a minor touch up at six weeks and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Wearing shorts is something I look forward to now!

The place is immaculate! Very clean, spotless. I had a Dysport treatment and my clinician, Gayane, is awesome. Very knowledgeable and light with her hands. I barely felt anything. She also explained the different treatments and suggested the best one for me in what I wanted to do. I highly suggest Vena Vascular - Glendale and Gayane!!
