Never received product. Was not present to sign when first delivered. Tried to reschedule delivery and it never came. Followed up with Vape Juice Depot by email and they said they were checking into it. That was 3 weeks ago. When I followed up with a second email, representative Andrew said I had to deal with USPS and he advised that in future I ship to the post office and pick up there. There won't be a next time. Tried calling but was sent to voicemail. Apparently they do not have an operator. Terrible customer relations.

I placed an order online 4 days ago and seen a label was created but never picked up. I tried emailing them with no response and when you call you can't speak to anyone. I got charged $15.99 for shipping when it was supposed to be free if you spent over $100. Customer service is awful ORDER 383589

Had read a few bad reviews being a first time buyer i was leery. But im am very pleased with the whole experience. I vape a hard to find juice "No Hype". In stock, shipped and delivered in 4 days. Bravo. Will be using again

I am extremely disappointed with Vape Juice Depot's lack of communication. Placed my order 3 days ago. Got tracking number the next day . USPS says they are waiting on package so it can be shipped. What got to me is not receiving any updates despite multiple attempts to contact them via emails and phone calls. This issue seems to be recurring based on Google reviews. Timely communication and customer service are crucial for any business, and I hope to see improvements. I will update my review if the situation changes.EDIT : After being reviewed, Vape Juice Depot promptly contacted me. They shipped my order the same day, and within 2 days, I received everything at my place in CT. The shipment was impressively quick, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness post my review. Everything arrived well-packed and of excellent quality, just as expected. Thanks

I love the products, the service, the timely shipping, basically everything except the webpage was not user friendly this time. Tried creating account with a $117 order, got so frustrated I went ahead as a non member. Still love you VJD!

Good pricing and inventory but that’s about it. Shipping is high and their rewards program is a joke. I used to regularly buy my vape supplies here; However, they shorted my last order and it was a headache just getting refunded what was owed to me. Sadly, I now need to find another supplier of the brand I like.

I placed a HUGE order last Thursday. It's Monday now, and they have not mailed out my shipment. They are not answering my phone calls or emails either. I'm very frustrated and thinking of canceling my order.EDIT: After I wrote this review, later that night, everything was shipped. I received everything the very next morning. ALL the juices and the device are perfect ??. They do not wipe the dates off of the nic salts, unlike other vape companies/retailers do. None of the nic salts are expired either.

I received an old box of 2022 Orion bars. I know they were old because the designs for 2023 are different.The taste was bad. Time to write the date on the box. I did receive the order quickly.

Absolutely horrible experience with vape juice depot. Tried to place an order online. The order did not process but I was still charged by the company. I tried emailing, and calling, and emailing. Even messaged them on instagram. It's been almost a week and still no response from this company. Complete and utter scammers and I would never recommend ordering from them, unless you want to get stolen from. -15 stars for this joke of a company.
