My favorite post office! Very helpful and attentive-- they let me have some tape to hold a label down instead of making me buy a whole roll, and the manager goes through the line to help ppl before they get to the counter and it definitely helps speed up the process and the visit! I highly recommend :D

Everything was fine during my visit, the line wasn't to long, customer service was ok, it missed the 5 stars for the price of postage, it keeps getting raised every 6 months it seems.

As of Today they are randomly closed for the half the day? For lunch? Idk for how long but I went at 1 and they had everything closed couldn’t even drop a package in the slot they had it all locked with a sign saying be back at 2:30 and I plan my schedule around when I have very little time to go to the post office I would have planned different had I known they have been closing for the middle portion of the day? Very unprofessional

The package drop has been "out of order" for months now, forcing everyone to wait in line to mail packages that are already prepaid.

I have a small business, and every time I go to this post office, I experience struggle, anger, and frustration. I create and print my own labels to drop off envelopes and parcels, but the mail drop inside the lobby has been out of order since June. I have to wait in line for almost an hour. I have reported the issue to the employees and the postmaster, but they have not done anything about it. They seem to hate their job and leave people waiting in line on purpose. Many customers have tried to talk to the postmaster directly, but he is always hiding. Please, someone do something about this location and many others like it across the nation.

I like this post office, everyone is kind and helpful. It gets very busy at peak hours with sometimes only person at the counter, try to go in the middle of the day

This post office is the one I had since 2007 to 20018. Since I when I was in Mexico I lost my pobox do to my sister neglect and I lost it. Now back I finally was able to get this I was happy to do it again. The people are so friendly you would not go anywhere else. If you need to get a Post Office box you can access 24 hours. I highly recommend this Post Office.

Condescending racially micro aggressive rude clerk Lia. Filed complaint to USPS. Normally okay experience but today was triggering for me by way I was treated. 3/14 Update: USPS supervisor called me today and they're investigating the situation. BUT they said for now the solution provided to me was when I come back to ask for a different clerk or a supervisor if it happens again. Not okay with this at all. I'm grateful for call. But I'm really shaken this USPS would be willing to keep a clerk so discriminatory and unprofessional. Retraining sorely needed. I felt unsafe and humiliated from that clerk. Lost trust. I do not think I will be returning to this location and really hoping they don't mistreat against others. Please be careful when coming here.

Bryan and Dana are extremely incompetent just like the usps service providers delivering my mail. I have asked multiple times for my packages to be left in a secured area and they consistently fail to do so. Our packages are left in an open area on a busy street directly accessed by the main sidewalk. USPS are the bottom of the barrel low iq lazy disgraces. At this point I’m assuming its the post office stealing packages due to their consistent failures. Please be aware shipping with usps greedy thieves.

Employees don't care about you, will walk away from counter not saying a word when there's a line of customers still waiting. No one there understands any questions when you ask them anything. This place shows they don't care about their customers or employees

I went to this USPS to renew my passport today Feb 7, 2023 at 12:59 pm. And an Asian lady about 50s didn't know anything about this service. Shame on her. She tried to send me to another USPS. And a young black man saved my day. Thank you young man to knows everything about your job. This Asian woman didn't know anythingabout it.. SHAME ON HER MAKING MONEYON A FEDERAL JOB AND DOES NOT KNOWANYTHING. .
