Per their pharmacy policy, they won't give medicine availability without sending in a prescription. So, you have to go through the hassle of getting your doctor to send it in and then if there is no inventory, you are back at square one.

They are so slow and rude and incompetent, I have come and gone so many different times just to pickup a medicine. Every time I get a stupid excuse but when I switched to CVS for prescriptions…I had no problems. In and out within minutes!

Came in here for a flu shot. The process is so organized and easy and the pharmacy was super neat. Gabe in the front was super nice and he welcomed me and helped me scan the form for my shot. Johnny was the person administering the shot and he did a great job administering it and going over all the expected side effects. Overall a great experience. If you are looking for a place to get your shots or medications look no further.

First of all I want to say this great pharmacy located at 1808 building which is the first building under the hospital. Let me start by saying that the staff is exceptional and super knowledgeable and helpful. Gabe and Kristine always go above and beyond to meet their patients needs. The pharmacist in charge Elizabeth is super nice and knowledgeable. She always makes sure I receive my medication on time and go over how to take it and what to expect from my treatment. Very short wait times and expectations service. If you're thinking of switching pharmacies trust me this is the place to switch to.

The staff here are very helpful, going above and beyond to help me. I am now disabled and it is progressively worsening. The staff has offered solutions to help me get my medication. They are all pleasant and compassionate. This pharmacy is a great asset for the community.

This review is for the pharmacists !I came here to get my covid vaccine , the first time the pharmacist wrote my name totally wrong on the card. The second time another pharmacist injected me the wrong dose ! They better hire pharmacists who pay more attention to details.

I cant believe that they have such goods reviews when my experience was terrible. I got there early, before my scheduled appointment at 4, I saw one person coming in late and another two walking in for Vaccination as I was, and everyone was helped but me? I started to get frustrated and complained to the pharmacists. Her answer was that "at some point, they(patients) get mixed up." Are you telling me that it is the same case with our medication? At some point all the medication you fill for us gets mixed up? That is something scary to point out, in my opinion. I appreciate the nice lady who helped me get signed in, she tried to calm me down because she knew the pharmacist had messed up. Just stayed quiet after that since they were goint to pinch me, and I didn't want them to do something wrong on my arm. I expected a higher quality experience, but unfortunately that was not the case.

Best pharmacy on the planet. They get it right 100 percent of the time. Then they'll help you, bail you out when another pharmacy et al get it wrong. Love this pharmacy and the people in it (since 2009, i.e. my first knee surgery at USC-VHH). The entire area depends on them.

When I call this pharmacy they are so friendly! There is one employee who always remembers me and is so friendly. The customer service is exemplary of all the employees so far. During Covid you can not go inside but they will bring to your car or bring to you at the door. I can not comment on the price as that will depend on your insurance. They work hard to get your prescription timely and communicate if there is a delay. The parking is plentiful and free. This is located in the building below the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. I use them now for all my prescriptions.
