This USBank LIED to us (BAIT AND SWITCH) when we opened our accounts they said they were rewarding US $500 for checking $600 for a business account and would pay us after 60 days! We are still waiting!!! Have been for a FULL year. They never paid us the reward and we did everything they asked us to! PLEASE DO NOT bank with this bank and if you do be aware that it's fraudulent in their business practices! If I could reward them zero Stars I would but that's not how this app works!

Frequent ATM Cash Shortages - Disappointing Experience. I recently visited this US Bank branch and, unfortunately, encountered the same issue that has become all too common - the ATM was out of cash. This seems to be a recurring problem, and I felt compelled to share my experience and concerns.Upon inquiring about the reason for the ATM shortage, the response I received from the staff was surprising. I was told that the ATM is out of cash because it is the beginning of the month. While I understand that there might be increased demand during this time, it's disspointing to consistently encounter this issue without a proactive solution.I believe it would greatly benefit both customers and the branch if there were a more efficient way to manage the ATM's cash availability. I would like to suggest the implementation of a sign or notice indicating "US Bank Regular Cash Shortages First Few Days of Each Month". This way, customers can plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary inconveniences.I appreciate the efforts of the bank staff, but the recurring nature of this problem has left me with a less than satisfactory experience. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in managing the ATM's cash supply to provide a more reliable and convenient service for all customers.

Once again I can't say enough great things about the employees at this branch . To start all 3 windows are always open with attendance to help . Marine the manager is always prompt with utmost professionalism , Sveta the teller , Ray and Chris and the big guy Anree are super helpful and call you by your name. I bank at 2 other banks and have a business, but I always go out of my way to come to this location . I highly recommend this US bank location for all your banking needs.

So I am in Mexico, oceanside like a beached whale, doing what I do best which is nothing.I get email after email after email from PAYPALMy Paypal got hacked by some douche bag overseas was attempting to get so much money in a matter of minutes as they had access to a bank account connected to PP.Called US bank and immediately froze my account etc After my 4th xanax, I knew there was nothing I could do but wait to get back to the states and go to nearest US Bank to get a new account and all the shlepping it requires. CARLOS was a life saver. I was in an out in under 15 minutes as I have a relationship with USbank with homes & cars (Im essentially their btch for 30 years) He helped me with my new account, monies transferred, pin, temporary card, rushed my new card... the whole 9 yards.What a DREAM!Carlos is such a star and I am so grateful!

This location is a nightmare where unprofessional and lazy liars provide bad customer service! A bank associate refused to exchange more than $500 (twenty bills to hundreds) claiming it’s a federal regulation! I called to the customer service immediately and they confirmed there was no such law/regulations! I do not recommend this bank, bunch of unaware hypocrites work here!

I am very upset today because I went to two US Bank Branches to withdraw money. One US Bank gave me an amount less than I asked to withdraw from my account because she said they didn't have enough cash so I went to this bank instead. It took a few moments for them to enter my info/ account into the system. They told me because I was moving money across my different accounts that they were suspicious of me. I had deposited a check from Carmax and that check cleared on my bank. I have the right to do whatever I want with my money. They thought I was doing something wrong by trying to withdraw cash. The guy called the other bank to verify a check that I deposited and he said that the check wasn't verified. I am so clueless why he'd do that when it says on my account that the check has cleared and it was positive balance on my account. This Bank is no good. I am closing my account and moving my money elsewhere. I am very disappointed with the tellers here. They didn't even seem professional. They probably thought I was going to do something bad because of the color of my skin. Because I was Asian. I am never ever going to visit this branch. They seem racist...

I give them a zero star for customer service, we went in for a wire transfer they wouldn't help us, they said we needed a appointment but when my wife called the corporate office they said we didn't need one and even if we did there was no other customers so they clearly could of helped us!!

Randy said don't mention my name because he is so incredibly humble and nice . Haik as well always providing excellent service with a big smile . These guys go out of there way to make sure your needs are met each and every day . I actually live a little far away from this branch but I try to make it there because I know I'm going to get great service every time !

I do not recommend U.S. Bank. They honestly do not care about their customers and the COVID situation. CHASE and BofA are the Banks that do.

Apparently this branch automatically places 7 business day holds on all checks over $5,000 regardless of account history, other account balances, back up reserve and credit accounts, and account balance. While I understand that they want to mitigate risk, and risk is allegedly higher in an in-store branch, all of the above are considerations to ensure half decent customer service. Unfortunately, this branch staff does not think to complete this basic review, does not care about going above or beyond, and does not care about its customers. Additionally, apparently the Manager is the only one who can resolve problems, leaves at 3, and has no backup. I used to work at US Bank many many years ago, and understand basic banking and customer service, and the fact that this branch lacks all of it.
