WORST SERVICE EVER! This is my branch and I swear the Manager is the LEAST HELPFUL EVER! I have been a US Bank customer for over 30 years and would expect that would mean something - all this branch wants to so is the bare minimum of support. They also say gross things about attractive female customers in Armenian thinking I won't understand- guess what , I do.

Christina is amazing ! This is by far the best US bank branch in town . All the staff including Sahak and especially Christina were incredibly helpful and kind . Christina went out of her way to see that all my needs were met. Thanks kindly !

I have been with US bank since I was able to open a checking account and I haven't received this great service since having an account. Christina, I hope I spelled her name correctly is awesome, always providing the same great service. Very fast efficient service. In the day in age where no one wants to go to the bank or we do everything on the phone and app, she truly provides excellent customer service and makes sure the account we have is best fit for me. If you need a bank with a banker that will care she's your person.

Absolutely positively the best customer care ever . Zaven Martirosyan and Sahak S always give me the best possible professional help . Zaven especially presents himself with having great sense of what the customers needs are . I can attest to this US Bank branch as the best in the area . I was back again today 03/29/2019 and Ms. ANI was my teller . She as always greeted me by my last name , with a beautiful smile and outstanding care . Thanks kindly once again .

Do not waste your time , Do not try to deposit money on the ATM.2 times I tried to deposit money on atm. ATM machine gave me a receipt with 0.01 cent. I called them I explained them. They said you need to wait for min. 10 days. You will deposit to your bank account.

US Bank screwed up when they closed the branch that used to be in the Ralph's at Glendale Avenue and Wilson. When I asked why they closed it, they said it was because there was already one at the Vons farther north on Glendale Avenue. Well, that's fine - except NOW both of those branches run out of cash. I have one monthly payer who doesn't do ACH, so the only way to get my money is to take it from an ATM in cash. Well, if you go around the first of the month, best to call ahead because in less than 2 years, I have had to go to the main branch 8 times because this one was either broken or out of cash. That's a PITA because if I use another financial institution, I can't deposit the cash into my account and wind up having to carry cash - which I don't, for security reasons, like to do. I wish US Bank would bring the one inside the Ralph's back. I like this branch and the staff, I just don't like the ATM.

Excellent customer service!! This branch alone is reason enough for me to stay with U.S. Bank...both Ani & Oscar are incredibly helpful, knowledgable and honest when it comes to business banking. Utterly Wretched and Horrible!! The is by far the most perfect example of allowing unqualified, unethical, and purely biased employees to hold positions of which they have NO comprehension. I wish it were possible to leave a review without the inclusion of a star. I assure every reader that this is not an unjustified rant. It is an eye opening experience that everyone interested in this branch location should be aware of. I have 7 years management and 10 years customer service experience with an acute understanding of ethical business practices. Initially, I had recommended US Bank to my wife because I had only positive experiences with the company in the past - in another state. Other locations have been pleasant and professional to deal with. However, there is a senior employee - forgoing a name, I will say it is a female with long black hair - that had demonstrated the highest degree of negligible customer service my wife and I had ever the displeasure of experiencing. My wife was in tears from the discrimination and disrespect she suffered - caused by this woman. Yelling, refusing to cash a company check, insulting, belittling, and intimidation tactics... This in No Way is the mission statement of the company nor is it a acceptable interaction between a representative and customer. The incident was brought to the attention of US Bank's regional Security Department and a decision was made - by them - to close my wife's account. All attempts to reason with the Security Department against the mistreatment and final decision were pointless. There was no regard to the victimization of my wife, and no mention of the associate's actions. They are pro-company and 100% biased... Please make certain a similar incident does not happen to yourself or someone you care for..
