Doctor was unprofessional. He said my toddler has ear infection, but he didn't. He said he needs to drink antibiotic, but he didn't need it. How can they treat humans like that. Give false result to someone. I didn't like this place.

I would give this Urgent Care 10 stars out of 5. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kim was amazingly thorough and caring. Wish he was my permanent doctor! I left their facility feeling so relieved and well cared for. Highly recommended!!!

So grateful that my latest visit here with Dr. Zambrano and Dr. Chien and the wonderful nurse staff Erlinda and Blessie were very pleasant. Thank you Adventist Health Network for making sure the medical staff assigned in this urgent care clinic are kind, compassionate and understanding to the medical needs of their patients. Please keep up the excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

Best experience! Front office Janet was so sweet and caring. Lupe and Karen helped me and made me feel like I was at home. They really take the time to hear you and care for you. Ryan who is the PA there , wow amazing provider. He makes sure to help you and gives out excellent patient care ! Best place to come when you’re not doing well. The staff is so welcoming!

This is absolutely one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with health professionals. Had a PA tell me something was stuck in my ear and they’ll get it out after they see the 7 patients in front of me. Waited over an hour for another PA to come in, say they can’t see anything and told me to leave without offering any help. Calling Elena at the front desk only added to the frustration. Didn’t know who my PA was who told me to leave. Couldn’t get a supervisor to communicate. I would avoid this urgent care if you need help.

It is a huge difference in between doctor and PA( Physician Assistant). Person goes to Urgent care looking for a professional help. Wednesday, sharp pain in outside of the throats , weakness , fever 99.4 . Daughter and I were both diagnosed with Acute pharyngitis. My doc was out of town and I had no other options.I was prescribed Cephalexin. Took it for 5 days ( 2 a day) and on Monday got call from urgent care, saying the lab results are negative and I can stop using Cephalexin.Only two days later my fever is still going up and Thursday I start using Cephalexin again. My doc is back in town, we had a what’s up meeting , I showed my results and he prescribed me a different antibiotic. After taking them, my fever and pain in my throat got out immediately. Stop killing people with PA acting like a doctor’s . She was a very friendly and professional, but knowledge and education are very important, when you are dealing with people lives. It is very hard to put the correct diagnosis. That’s a reason doctors spend 10 years plus of they live to study, how to treat people.

My wife was there with our daughter, who was sick and she told me the place was huge, and she almost had no waiting time and the pharmacy was right next to it. There was nothing to complain about amazing place.

I searched this clinic online and went in based on reviews. I am a resident from out of state and was in a car accident in the area. I went in to this clinic after the accident, an hour before the clinic closed. There was no wait. I was able to register myself and even though my out-of-state medical insurance was not applicable here, I chose to get seen (out of pocket cost). I was seen immediately. The staff was helpful and great at explaining my options. Then it only got better. The nurse did a quick check and then I was seen by Dr. Evan Kim. Let me tell you: one of the best urgent medical experiences I've ever had. Dr. Kim was friendly, attentive, and thorough. I was probably his last patient of the night and he was as chipper as if he had just started his day. He took excellent care of me, made me feel heard, did not rush me, and gave great advice and follow-up recommendations. A+ experience. I hope I don't have to come back, but I absolutely would.

Front staff have extreme entitlement level issues! For them to acknowledge your existence is already a blessing here. This place needs a shakeup. I came in for a private matter the lady is asking loudly why are you in here for??? So everyone can hear my medical reason. Extremely unprofessional staff. Feels like a penitentiary/ county hospital medicaloffice.

Stay away! This is not an urgent care. Staff is super rude, they literally don’t care about the patient. Your situation will get worse after you speak with the front desk staff due to their discriminatory behavior.
