The customer service here is terrible. I can see why it's less than 3 stars. The person who helped me, oops I'm sorry, there was no help, was Mary or Mari. She had a terrible attitude and would not even tape up my box. She told me I could buy tape. I'm not going to buy tape for one piece of tape. Most place will tape it. She was lazy and rude. People like her should not be in customer service.All OVER TAPE!!! ??♂️I don't pay higher prices here to get that kind of service. I can go to USPS if I want terrible service, at least it would be cheaperShe should be fired and I never say thatMar 17th 2024 10:15am

These guys were no help at all. If you have any problem at all with a package, don't bother going in because you're just going to be another can for them to kick down the road.

Man, what is Marina's deal? Just a deeply unkind and unprofessional person, it was actually kind of shocking. I'm not exactly opening anyone's eyes to a new issue here, almost every bad review on Yelp names her specifically. I wish I'd read reviews before going - interacting with her was a serious day-ruiner, and she was so unhelpful with my shipping needs that I ended up needing to go to a second location. Anyway, just save yourself the headache and go to the UPS Store on Ventura Ave in Studio Village, the employees there are WAY more helpful and also are just base-line nice and normal human beings.

I got a guy who insisted he scanned the product I was returning already..I brought back 4 items, his receipt only showed 3 returns..I hope I get refunded all my money. This is the 1st time I had such an awful time at this branch. He made me take a photo of all my boxes?to cover myself.

Dear UPS Store Management,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store located at 350 N Glendale Ave 91206. During my recent visit, I encountered two employees who were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards me and other customers.Specifically, there was a middle eastern girl with round glasses and a gentleman with a ponytail who were both incredibly discriminatory and rude towards customers. They would scream on customers, treat them with disrespect, and act like they were doing us a favor just by acknowledging our existence. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. It is unacceptable for your employees to behave in such a manner and I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at your store.I want to make it clear that I will not tolerate such behavior and I will be seeking legal action if necessary. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all of your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service and treat all customers with respect.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

These guys are soooo rude that I honestly thought I MUST BE getting punked or something. Kept looking around for Asthon Kutcher to pop up any second and laugh it off w me for yanking my chain.And they were rude to everyone. Wish that it was only me. The guy w the ponytail is the rudest of them all. I don't know his name but I am sure he is the only one who fits that description.You go and experience all this yourself and read all the one star reviews. This guy should be happy that they gave him a job at this place. Because this is NOT how you treat paying customers.And if he is the business owner or related to the business owner, I feel sorry for them. Because they could be making so much more. I wish that there was an option for zero stars.To the owner of this establishment: Put in cameras inside and watch how your employees run this joint. Even without sound it doesn't take a genius to figure out that your workers are rude and you don't care to train or replace them!

On Friday 05/26/23 Google showed me store closed at 4:00 pm, I went the store at 3:00 pm store was closed.

The customer service rep must be having a bad day. She was genuinely angry my printer didn't "print the label better" and she had to manually enter the tracking number when the barcode wouldn't scan. She then got defensive when I asked if I can make sure the tracking numbers matched and tossed the packages at me. I don't get the refund on my returns if they're lost in the mail. It's happened before! If you're local to the Glendale area, I recommend going to ups in Eagle Rock instead. They're always professional and "neighborly". Happy to give them business!
