I went to return some stuff this morning.
I arrived a minute before opening.
This man was so rude he didn’t say a word when I said “Good Morning” then later on he had to help me to print a label. I had one item it required label and others were with QR code.
I also brought one big Amazon box so I didn’t have to pay for the box. Since I had to carry all, I untapped both sides of the box to fit in my bag and I asked him if he could tape them for me, without tapping, he put my shoes inside the box and left it like that. Honestly, I’m worried my items won’t be shipped back because of his unprofessionalism.
After that, I asked if I could toss the bag that I was carrying the items. Indeed, I walked almost half hour to bring them there. He was so rude he said no I had to take it out with me and find a place to throw. Other times when I came here, there were different people working and they were always nice even they tossed the bags for me. This man wasn’t having a nice morning and he couldn’t even control his attitude.
Next time don’t bring your problems at work because it’s not costumers fault that your day didn’t start well. Appreciate that you have a job at least and smile next time.
I’ll still come back but I definitely don’t want to deal with this same person again!!!

I brought in a package 3 weeks ago with a return label already on it to be sent to Verizon. Verizon never received the package and said the shipping wasn't even initiated. When I called this location, they couldn't help me and told me to call corporate, which has an automated system and no way to explain the situation to a living person. What could have possibly happened to my package? I'm now out a few hundred dollars. Save yourself the headache and do NOT go to this location.

Store says open at 8:30 but over 10 people here waiting and no shows up been an hour

The customer service here is terrible. I can see why it's less than 3 stars. The person who helped me, oops I'm sorry, there was no help, was Mary or Mari. She had a terrible attitude and would not even tape up my box. She told me I could buy tape. I'm not going to buy tape for one piece of tape. Most place will tape it. She was lazy and rude. People like her should not be in customer service.All OVER TAPE!!! ??♂️I don't pay higher prices here to get that kind of service. I can go to USPS if I want terrible service, at least it would be cheaperShe should be fired and I never say thatMar 17th 2024 10:15am

These guys were no help at all. If you have any problem at all with a package, don't bother going in because you're just going to be another can for them to kick down the road.

Man, what is Marina's deal? Just a deeply unkind and unprofessional person, it was actually kind of shocking. I'm not exactly opening anyone's eyes to a new issue here, almost every bad review on Yelp names her specifically. I wish I'd read reviews before going - interacting with her was a serious day-ruiner, and she was so unhelpful with my shipping needs that I ended up needing to go to a second location. Anyway, just save yourself the headache and go to the UPS Store on Ventura Ave in Studio Village, the employees there are WAY more helpful and also are just base-line nice and normal human beings.

I got a guy who insisted he scanned the product I was returning already..I brought back 4 items, his receipt only showed 3 returns..I hope I get refunded all my money. This is the 1st time I had such an awful time at this branch. He made me take a photo of all my boxes?to cover myself.
