Very Bad experience for the first timer. had to wait 4 months. tracking website was not updated. can't even tell where is the box already? just keep saying next week. and when arrived to my family it's a total disappointment to see the box and items you saved for your family was not in a good condition. never again!

I have been using this company for so many years. They have delivered my boxes to my family on time except when there is unexpected typhoon or longer rainy days. I highly recommend Lisa (Ventura area) - I usually bring my boxes to her place. She is accommodating and helpful. But since I moved and no one to help me load my boxes, I am using the people here in the Valley. Good price too.
