I highly recommend this location. I visit for a regular maintenance for my vehicle and always ask that (Ara Terzian) take care of the service. This guy is such a gentleman and very knowledgeable he always explains everything to me before starting anything. He always suggests to buy some services from the dealership, specially if the have promotions. Mr. Terzian is the reason why I'm back to this location. The previous crew were not experienced and professional. I'm happy to see these many changes here. Thanks.

The customer service is above and beyond. My purchase experience was smooth, transparent, low pressure, and easy. Everyone I worked with was friendly and responsive. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Toyota of Glendale.

Very quick check in process and everything was great . Rudy was very professional and welcoming service writer. He asked me if I need any ride or going to wait inside? I noticed every service writers were under pressure and been calling out by a person standing in the corner seems like manager, maybe. I've been in this business long time ago and I know how this business runs. I have a photo included showing two managers standing and ordering the writers. I hope higher level managers take this as a consideration .

I wanted to trade my old Toyota Corolla 2020 for a 2024. I took out all the belongings out of my car and headed to Glendale Toyota where I met Levon Vartanian, the Sales & Leasing Rep, at the front desk. He took me to the parking lot and asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I explained that I was looking to lease this time around and wanted to lower my monthly payments. He showed me the 2024 Toyota Corolla which was within my budget. We went for a test drive and I loved the comfort and the look of the car. Levon was very pleasant, informative and upfront about the cost. I explained my budget, the set amount I wanted for my trade-in car and the terms of the deal. He was very professional and understanding even when I was firm with the terms of what I was willing to pay. We both compromised a bit, and I got to take home my brand new Toyota Corolla with a big smile on my face. Levon never wavered from his professional yet friendly demeanor even though it way was past closing time. I sincerely appreciate his patience and willingness to work within my budget. Afterwards, I met with Brooke Faber, the Finance Manager, who was also very friendly and professional in assisting me complete my leasing agreement. I am grateful to Levon and Brooke for their help in the purchase of my car. Thank you very much!!

The internet sales team is less than perfect. I arranged to buy but upon arrival the car had not been prepped- in fact it took them an hour to just locate the keys. Oh, did I mention the internet sales person decided to leave prior to my scheduled arrival? Thankfully a nice sales rep, George Severekyan, filled the gap. George was well informed and very courteous, guiding me through the inspection, drive and sale's process. Way to go George!

I have not been here in a while due to me going to the Pasadena Toyota. I decided to come here today because I needed my car serviced and Pasadena Toyota closes early. I love it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They don't make you wait all day like Pasadena Toyota. They have plenty of workers, so the service is more faster and efficient. My car was serviced within an hour and a half. The inside is trendy with a cool vibe and plenty of seating in the waiting area. Great deals online and inside the dealership. I am glad I returned today. I will no longer go to the Pasadena dealership anymore for service. I will be a consistent returning customer here. Note: They service your car up to 7 p.m. The last service is at 5:30 p.m. This makes it easier for people to come after work and get their car serviced without doing it on the weekends or their day off.

This is a review of the service department. The quick version: there's a problem at Toyota of Glendale with incompetent work and a lack of quality control that cost me a lot of money. Unless you're still under Toyota warranty, do not bring your car here; find a reputable independent shop instead. The long version: I brought my car in for normal servicing, and per their recommendation they replaced all four brake pads and rotors. In the days following the brake work, I noticed a loud squealing noise coming from my wheels, loud enough to turn heads and draw concern from whoever happened to be in my passenger seat. The squealing was loudest from a cold start and in the first few minutes of driving; at other times, you could hear it from outside the car but not necessarily from the driver's seat.I brought the car back. They said they just needed to add lubricant to solve the problem. When my car was ready, they pulled it up to the pickup area for me, and as I drove away I thought maybe I still heard a squeak, but I wasn't sure since I wasn't going from a cold start. In the coming days, the problem did continue. I brought the car back again. This time the service advisor said their "master mechanic" went "deeper" and found that a rear brake cylinder and kit needed replacing. This cost me over $800, but they said it would solve the squealing noise. And still, the squealing noise continued. Plus, now, the car's braking performance was different. The brakes had an overly grabby response, especially after a cold start.I came back yet again. This time, they identified the source of the problem as defective rear brakes they installed on my first visit. They replaced them (and credit to them, at no cost to me this time). The noise ceased. The grabby braking went away. I can only wonder now whether the rear brake cylinder and kit really needed replacing, but I'll never know if that $800 went toward a truly necessary repair.A few weeks later, I needed a burnt out headlight bulb replaced and I decided while I was at it to ask for wiper blades. (Yeah, I could have done it myself -- but as long as I was there!) One lesson learned: blade refills are not the same as blades. The blade is the hard plastic piece that holds the rubber refill. If you ask for new wiper blades, you're getting this "holder" replaced, too, which is much more expensive and not always necessary. In any case, when this simple job was done, I drove off, making the mistake of trusting the results. Later that day when I used the wiper spray, I discovered that the driver's side wiper wasn't touching the windshield. It was bowed out instead of flat on the glass. The wipers were not usable.I came back. The service advisor said that they'd actually run out of wiper blades for a 2018 RAV-4, so they'd used some other kind which explained the improper fit. Apparently no one had actually taken the basic step of trying out the wipers before deciding the job was finished. The service advisor told me they were still out of the correct blades, and they'd call me when they got them in stock. Over the next couple of weeks, I didn't hear back, so I called to check and they said the wiper blade was in stock. I came in, they put another blade on while I waited, but it had the same problem with the blade bowed out from the glass. They said that maybe the wiper arm itself was bent, and that they'd have to have their "master mechanic" investigate. I pointed out that the wiper arm was fine until they replaced the blade, and asked if the arm could have gotten bent when they put new blades on. "I doubt it," the service advisor said. "Anything could have caused the arm to get bent." Clearly he was making sure there would be no accountability on their part. I thanked him and said I'd think about making an appointment. Instead of making an appointment, I went to a local, independent mechanic, who verified that the wiper arm was indeed bent. He replaced it the s

My 2013 Toyota Prius V needed a multi-point inspection and I'm glad I took my car to Toyota of Glendale to get it serviced. I went in without an appointment and Christian Sherriff took care of me right away. He displayed excellent customer service, the kind that makes me want to come back the next time I need my vehicle serviced. I highly recommend visiting Toyota of Glendale.

Service was done on my car. It did take a while and I decided to stay there and wait, but it was air conditioned, tv was on, I could charge me phone, they offered coffee and tea and you can buy snacks and other drinks. My car runs smoothly and I know it was done well!
