If I could give zero stars…
This guy drove us up to show us a car and, when we were looking at more models he just disappeared. Didn’t tell us he was leaving, didn’t explain to us how to get back, just the rudest service I’ever experienced.
Definitely will not be getting any car from this place, and of course will not be recommending this degrading car dealership experience.

The Toyota of Glendale service dept. offers excellent customer support. Carlos Peña is the Service Dept. Mgr. and he is superb in his overall management of the staff, as well as the level of customer care that he personally provides. As a longtime customer, I highly recommend this dealership for service and repairs needs.

I had a positive experience at Toyota Glendale buying a Used 2021 Toyota Rav4 this past month! Reese, my salesperson, was very helpful and patient as I prepared to buy my first car ever, answering all the particular questions I had. The people at Toyota Glendale were friendly in general as well. Thank you Reese!

This was my first time at this location for a standard oil change on a Saturday morning. The wait time is quite long over 2 hours. It was nice of them to offer to order a Lyft within a 5 mile radius while I wait for the car. Received a call that my car was ready and they recommended a $800 service that I confirmed with my local Toyota was unnecessary. I declined it and left. However, the following week after they completed my "ten point inspection" my tire pressure light goes on. All four tires needed air after they rotated. I didn't think much of it until a few weeks later my car started to make a flopping/clicking sound. I checked underneath and did not see anything loose that was apparent. However, the sound was getting worse. After getting quoted an unnecessary service and my tire pressure light turned on after visiting this location. I did not feel comfortable taking it back to Glendale Toyota. I found a local mechanic and they found my left tire wheel stud was not properly tightened. This is completely negligence on Glendale Toyota. I have always taken my vehicle to Toyota to get serviced in the Bay Area. I've never had any issues with their work. This was the one and only time I've taken it to Glendale and I've had nothing but headaches. If you are looking for quality work look else where. Beware of oversold services and poor work quality. Will not be returning nor recommending anyone to visit this location.

Very good experience at this location. Maritza helped us out with the sale of a 2024 RAV4 Prime. She was easy going and not pushy. She made the sale smooth and fast. The manager Brooke was super friendly and chill. Thank you Toyota of Glendale.

Had a great experience financing my first car thanks to Toyota of Glendale. I want to mention that Reese was amazing and made the process very smooth for me. Considering I had never financed a car before, I was worried. However, thanks to Reeses help, I felt at ease and felt very taken care of. I was able to get exactly what suited my wants and needs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Toyota of Glendale. Sam my salesman got me into a 2024 Corolla at a great price. He was understanding and worked with me for the price of my lease on the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I left happy in a reliable car. I can't recommend Toyota of Glendale and my salesman Sam enough!
