Please don't allow your employees who are sick come to work or at least have them wear mask. I came in today June 19th at around 2 pm. This lady which I think her name was Aida was the cashier. She was extremely sick, kept coughing on my and the merchandize and was not wearing a mask. She was wearing gloves but kept coughing on them and then touching the stuff I was buying. I was so uncomfortable. She was very slow too which makes sense because she was sick. I wish she would've stayed home and took a rest day. There was a long line at the cashier which I didn't mind that part as long as I don't end up with a nasty flu. It seems like this specific store has totally dropped the ball and doesn't care at all.

No matter how long the line is they only have two cashiers open! Its been half an hour we were waiting in line, only because my kids really wanted what they picked. Its 11:30 am and store was a big mess! Not organised at all

Worst TJ Maxx I have ever been to. Messy and dirty store very ,unfriendly staff and parking lot is a mess with not enough parking.

March 26, 2024, time 8 pm. The queue is 30 people, and out of 8 cash registers only 1 is working!!!!! I have been standing in line for over 30 minutes and there are 7 other people in front of me. This is really bad, it's always like this here. Very big queues and at best 2 cash registers are working. I will never come back here!!!

No matter what time or how long the line is, they only have two cashiers. The escalator has been broken for 6 months and they closed it, so you have to use the elevator, which takes 10 minutes to go up or down.

Manager gave me a bad customer service I'm literally there every month purchasing stuff and she didn't want to help me with something small.. i will not be going back to TJ maxx ever again

A lot of things in this place are so overpriced period but I guess that's what you get when they have a lot of high end things there.. But it's t j maxx!!!!
