This is a relatively large shop for young fashion and urban street wear.Very friendly and helpful salespeople, whether in the store or at the checkout. The prices seemed reasonable to us and there were a few special offers. The shop was tidy and clean. We got a changing room without any problem.

Felt so judged as I walked in. Was never greeted by the girl in the front she just stared and then followed me. The store was empty I wonder why. Some of the staff needs proper training to actually sell for their business.

Literally the worst management ever, the staff if so lost in what is actually going on and the mangers are so rude I went in to do an even exchange because I know Tillys exchange policy so I wanted to do an even exchange and the manger said no... I have the rewards they can look me up. The items fine just didn't fit. This rude manager didn't hear me out or anything just blank point said no. I know the exchange policy I know I'm not in the wrong. I'm not being a Karen Im retail manager which is why I looked over there policy. Honestly train this staff better. Train management better. Because the people at Burbank are so much more well rounded and well educated on store policies so I don't see why GLENDALE OF ALL LOCATIONS HAS THE WORST STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF ALL THE STORES POSSIBLE. LIKE LEGIT DO BETTER.

Employees are on top of you half the time. It’s not a welcoming environment, at least for me and my friend it wasn’t. All eyes were on us, we walked around the store and most of the employees did the typical ‘ I’m folding clothes ‘ but it was obviously a way to keep an eye on us. I don’t know if maybe the bags I was carrying on my hand made them assume the possibilities of me stealing but it definitely made me uncomfortable. I wasn’t in the store longer than 4 mins.

Employees are annoying! makes me not want to shop there. They look annoying with their walkie talkies talking about the customers instead of helping the customer...waste of payroll associates and management alike...I rather get Jordan's at shoe palace! And shop at Ross and Dress For Less

I have a few critiques. The place was kind of awkward because it was super quiet. No music playing, just the murmur of voices. I guess you need the full concentration so it has to be completely quiet.

WHEN I HAD PURCHASED A LONG SLEEVE I HAVE NOTICED MULTI STAINS ON MY SHIRT. I ALSO PAID IN STORE TO DELIEVER A LONG SLEEVE AND GUESS WHAT, IT DIDNT AARIVE! I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAID THE PAYCHECK IS ARRIVING IN 3-5 business DAYS, IT DID NOT ARRIVE. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS!

Went in the other day with the intentions of purchasing some tops, as soon as I walked in a white girl ran over and asked if I needed help, she seemed extremely eager it came of as fake. After I told her I was just looking she proceeded to "inconspicuously" (I don't know that I could even call it that) follow me around making me extremely uncomfortable. This never happens in this store when I am in my nursing scrubs smfh.. The employees need to learn about cultural/racial diversity and learn not profile people. I will never be returning to this place.
