Beautiful store and exceptional customer service. We went to the Glendale store twice and were pleasant to meet Jay, our lovely client advisor. His highly professional and friendly manner inspired us to make a purchase. Did not have a great experience when I visited to clean my ring and necklace. Ms. Goukasian I felt very uncomfortable with your attitude when I asked if it really takes 2 hrs for my ring to be cleaned. Your facial expression and your tone of voice... After my question, you changed it to an hr. I didnt bring it up but I know for a fact that in the Beverly Hills store it takes 5 minutes. Yes, maybe that is the rule (telling your guests it takes an hr), but your attitude... I miss Ms. Arezou, my ex-sales professional. She always made me feel welcomed in the store.

I went there to return an unwanted item that costs $3600, the manager and seller were incredibly rude to me. They accused me of wearing the item and did not accepted it. Even tho on the phone I was told that I can return it without any problem. I bought couple things there last year but I won't go back. So disgusting and disappointing. I wish they would show their truly faces when they sell you something. It's hard to believe they work for luxury retail.

I am loyal tiffany client with multiple purchases from the brand. When I visited the American at Brand location, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. Judging me based off of my appearance deemed me not a potential customer for them so they decided to ignore me even when there was nobody else to service. I was extremely disappointed since I love Tiffany jewlery and was looking to make another purchase to add to my everyday stack that I have previously bought from this location. Not greeting me and discriminating against me based off of my age and appearance did not make me want to make another purchase and turned away business. When you spend this much money the customer experience is part of the purchase that makes it worth while.I hope you keep this in mind when you are making an expensive purchase.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rarely give review but this one left me feeling really disappointed. If you want to know the tea, keep reading. I don't know what the hell happened to this store. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and had exceptional service 6 years ago. Can't say the same for this store today. Story time: I came in to exchange my necklace to wear my new necklace as I rung in the new year. I was greeted by a gentleman at the door and was asked what help I needed, we shared we had come in to do an exchange. So then the female store manager stepped in and walked us to be handed off to a store associate. I should've gotten her name.....well let's just say she made me feel bad. Didn't offer a refreshment, and, was disinterested, then when I finally made the decision on what I was to exchange, and went to do the transaction, again, no offer of water or anything. She brought back the item not packaged and the ribbon she threw out when she didn't even ask if I wanted the ribbon back. She just brought back the ribbon.....and just put it in the bag instead of tying it back on the box. My husband kindly asked her to tie the box with the ribbon and while she was tying the ribbon, I saw her give this 'pfft' glance exchange with the store manager. What is their problem? Don't come here. Don't give them your $$. I'm returning this necklace and buying it again at a difference store. Don't want to wear their bad juju.
