this was always where we would wash clothes growing up and now with new management the prices have gone up while the quality of the machines has gone down

The lady kept following me. She than asked me if I was going to wash when I was getting quarters. She wouldn't stop staring. It made me uncomfortable. Than as I went to get soap from the machine dispenser she went to hold on to the door. Like if i was going to run out. I did ask if there were any problems. She just didn't answer. I have come here a few times before. I have never had an issues.

If you have to use a public laundry, this one is a good choice. Machines are clean and work well; an attendant is usually there onsite if anything goes wrong; it's clean and bright. The only con is the small parking lot that fills up quickly but that isn't the laundry's fault so that isn't a strike against them. I really don't mind having to go weekly to do my laundry.

I wanted to pass this along should you need to use a local laundromat....I utilize this facility when needed but most recently, I heard a patron speaking to management because a machine didn't properly rinse her clothing. Management told her that it was because she used too much soap! It wasn't because of soap, the machine didn't rinse properly. I heard her say that management blamed her and they wouldn't come out or compensate her for that wash. After all she had to use their machine again.Secondly the facility has two fans that don't properly work. They turn on the air when their workers come during the day to clean the facility then shut off the air when they leave.Lastly I recently noticed that they dryers now for every quarter you get 8 minutes to dry! If management treats their customers like this I rather use a different laundromat. So I will be looking to use a different laundromat and so should you.
