I want to Say a huge thank you to Ryan for helping me out what the few issues I was Having with some vapes that I had purchased he so quick to respond to my messages. He even made a drive to my house to exchange a vape which I really appreciated. I'm glad that they have a new store opening up in Burbank especially since my husband and I have been going to their old location in Glendale for years. I will definitely be making the drive from LA to Burbank to stock up one more vapes.

The Vape Theory is amazing! They are definitely the OGs of The Vape shops and they are very knowledgable. And they are the only ones that do free delivery. I was under the weather and they delivered my products straight to my door. Thanks Vape Theory for being so amazing!

They are the best vape shop in the Glendale/Burbank area. Ohh heck, Southern California! They have most all vape hardware and can custom strength your juices. Which they have all juices and basically everything needed for a vaping habit. Salt, CBD, all of the good stuff.

Apparently this place is now a Kia dealership? Used waze to get here from BURBANK, only to not find the destination and not have anyone answer the phone. Waste of time-go elsewhere

So glad to see this shop back up and running. After the last two years, I wasn't sure that anything was going to be the same. Today, I made an appointment to go by their new location in Burbank, picked up a bottle of Joose and was quickly on my way!

I love The Vape Theory. This place is always A+ when it comes to their customer service and knowledge. Yelp has them marked as closed but they are open for only during curbside and deliveries by appointment only. But, it's super convenient and they do free delivery. I love it. Just call them or put an order into their website and they get your order to you super fast. I would give The Vape Theory 10 stars if I could

I had an absolutely amazing experience from Vape Theory as I am definitely a vape queen. I have traveled a lot and this is by far my favorite store. Very professional, great selection, an abundant amount of juices and variety, and wide selection of vaporizers with reasonable price. The staff is absolutely amazing at engaging with customer service with immediate delivery for free! Feel free to contact them at any time. They will drop everything to make your day. If I could give this rating 10 stars I would. I'm not necessarily one to go on Yelp, however this place deserves a shout out for smoke shop of the year.
