For the first time, not greeted at a LEGO store. Employees didn’t offer any assistance as other stores do. Came in with the intention of getting a big set but decided not to there when the staff are mot interested in engaging you. Nice selection but other stores and staff make it a more friendly experience.

Frank and Serena were the best Lego store employees I ever met. I've been to one other official Lego store and the stores in two different Legoland and never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The store pick a bric is better stocked then the Legoland in Carlsbad. The store looks pretty well stocked. This is definitely my favorite Lego store.

They have a machine to make your own lego but I think you have to send the custom pre-design.The service is good, they greet you at the entrance when you enter except if the person at the entrance doesn't like you. They sell many sets that I have not seen anywhere else. The prices are a bit expensive like everything in L.A.

Had a great experience here tonight. I'm from out of town and we stopped in to look for a piece that I had lost when my cat got in the middle of my project. Talked to the greeter at the door about the part and he suggested we look in some Legos and shortly after he comes up and has the exact part I needed and he said I could have it! I was so thankful that I didn't have to go on the Internet and find it and wait several weeks to get a tiny part. Wish I got a better look at his name tag he definitely deserves some kudos from his boss for great customer service!
