I went here with my uncle on Father’s Day, we got mani pedis and I got clear dip powder for my hands with a gel top coat. My nails prior to the woman cutting them without asking me were long. It took a year to grow them to a nice length for the perfect stiletto and she just went in and cut them off then after she was half way through the manager asked if I wanted short nails. I said yeah I guess I do. I said it was fine. I told myself well it will be easier to type for the next couple months and my nails will be protected with the dip powder. They finished my uncle 20min before they finished me. Then my paint (or so I thought) chipped by the next day. Turns out it wasn’t the paint that chipped it was the dipping powder. ? normally dip powder will last up to 2 months without chipping. I don’t normally wait that long to change it, but I have. So this chipping so quickly is ridiculous.

I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry by the gentleman who works here. I never post reviews, certainly not negative ones, and feel obligated to share my experience. The gentleman worker was running late with his other customers and was callously hurried and inattentive with my manicure. He made four of my fingers bleed and then blamed me for having “thin skin,” which is not something I have ever had issues with. He was also rudely dismissive of my requests and publicly scolded me for being late, despite me arriving within 5 minutes of my appointment time. This being said, the two ladies that work here did a wonderful job on my pedicure. They were attentive, kind, and skilled and the saving grace of this nail salon. But if you go here, a word of caution with respect to the gentleman worker.

If you want to pay 70 dollars for a mediocre fill then this is the place to go! Around my birthday I paid 46 dollars for a full set that included medium length, coffin shaped, pink acrylic and topped with gel polish. I didn't want to drive far for a fill so I went to the lady nails for the first and last time. She saw that I had pink acrylic powder and tried to put white claiming she didn't have pink. After pointing out to her that my acrylic is pink she said "oh I don't have that color" after replying "ok" she then pulled out the pink acrylic she "didn't have" I believe the lady that assisted me was the owner of the establishment. I understand trying to cut corners for cost but if you are going to charge me more for a fill than I paid for a full set at another shop I would think you would give the customer what they want. Throughout the experience which took a little less than an hour she kept turning my hands in uncomfortable position while have a scowl on her face. Not very friendly and it was my first time there. Then when time to pay she grabbed my card and as she was placing it in the card reader she said "ok 73 dollars and 1 dollar fee for the card." I could not believe it! I told her I have never paid anywhere near 70 dollars for a fill. SCAM! As there is no prices listed on their website. I had someone else call to find out there pricing for a full set. They said full set starts at 60....... So she basically charged me for a full set while being rude and cutting corners. Once she saw how surprised I was at the 73 dollar charge she said ok I'll charge you 65 because I should have told you ahead of time. What?? Yea never again! And I would like to prepare others as well.

Emily and Win ( owners) are lovely people and both do a great job with pedicures and acrylic nails. My nails last for 4 weeks between manicures ( longer for the pedicure if I wanted but it is easier to have both done at the same time.) HIGHLY recommend. Been coming here for YEARS. In a pinch ( while traveling) I have used a nail salon in San Diego, Santa Barbara and Portland, OR and been very disappointed because I could only go about 2 weeks before needing Emily to fix their work.

This is the only place I go. Parking is easy and the workers are super nice. Everything is priced fairly and I can go a least a month without getting a service done, so the quality is great!

well took mom here for a pedicure and manicure. the area around the building is a mess. By the elevator there was used toilet paper and trash everywhere. Graffiti in the elevator. Appointment was at 11:15 called asked if we can arrive 10 minutes earlier. Arrived at 11 and still waited 15 minutes. There is no sitting area small area. The lady made mom mom bleed on her toes 3 times and once on her hand and made my mom go ouch out loud. No fans to help dry the nails. Was there for over 1 hour 45 minutes. By the time we got home her nails were all messed up. Sorry never again

The quality of nails that you receive as your end product is a little overpriced and slow for my taste. I felt like I spent so long in there and barely got anywhere. The nails were just mediocre. There are so many better nail places out there that I would probably go to next time instead.

Worst nail salon I have ever visited. Called and asked for a 7pm appointment, and the lady said they close at 7pm but could take us anyway. We walk in exactly at 7pm. The guy asks us to choose our colors at the polish racks, and the woman comes out from the back one minute later and actually snaps at us- "Stop that and sit down! You're taking too long. Go sit in the chair." Wow. There were 3 other customers in the salon, and the place is now dead silent. This lady was nothing but rude during the entire time we got our mani-pedis. At one point, she goes, "Don't ask me to fix it. We don't have time for you to talk." I've never been talked to this way in my life, especially at a salon. If you couldn't take us at 7pm, why did you offer to stay open late? Even more so, they don't have mani stations. You can only sit in massage pedicure chairs, and manicures get done while seated at a weird angle. The rude lady doing my nails (turns out she's the owner!) kept twisting my arm to do my nails. And she would yank my arm and fingers into position. Ouch. Honestly, we should have left the first moment she snapped at us. The service was terrible, and the mani-pedis were so rushed. It has been one week and my gel polish has already peeled on two nails. I really wish we had left. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I used to come here all the time before the pandemic, but it's no longer worth it, especially when the owner thinks it's okay to snap at and be rude to clients.

I switched nail salons a year ago and couldn't be happier with The Lady Nails. I was an acrylic girl for 20+ years until Wynn brought my weak and brittle nails back to life. I finally ditched the acrylic nails and love my naturally healthy nails now. I get regular gel mani & gel pedis here and highly recommend if you want affordable, clean, professional and beautiful work done! Wynn is meticulous and very picky with making my nails look their absolute best. ! I highly recommend!!

Needed a fill and one nail replaced. Had 9 other nails still in perfect condition. He placed the tip and acrylic on and went to start filing. I'm not sure what happened. But the nail looks like it belongs in a tiny little creature. It was not even the size of my nail bed. I tried communicating with him about how I wanted it and someone else tried to help me. He then wanted to make all my other nails look like the one he did that I was clearly openly not happy with and I pulled my hand back. No. He then threw his hands up and said well then I came help you and basically waved me out the door. Let me be clear. I did my research and looked at all the pictures that were the same style my nails are. So someone knows how to do a stiletto there. But it's not him

Well I want to say, just moved to the area and stumbled to this salon... I'm a picky person! First time they did an amazing job.. second time they did an ok job... i mean I like to get the best service since now it's like $80 for gel mani and regular pedi I expect to get it done right! I mean one thing I will say the mani and pedi last long time getting it at this salon so if your not too picky like me I highly suggest this place! I might go back
