First and foremost I want to say thank you to Dezign Shop!!! I contacted Sera for my wedding and she made my dreams come true!!! When I walked into the venue and experienced the extravagant work they put in, I was just amazed on how beautiful it was!!! All I can say is wow!!!! Two days ago I ordered a heart shaped rose box for my sisters birthday and were absolutely thrilled on how beautiful it came out. Their quality of work and amazing customer service is truly outstanding!!! I have been ordering flowers from here for about 6 years now and I am so grateful to have found such an amazing flower store that puts their customer needs in first place!!! Choosing a florist for our wedding was a crucial decision, and I couldn't be happier that we entrusted our vision to Dezignshop. Our theme revolved around the film Color of Pomegranates, and she executed it flawlessly!From our very first meeting, Sera exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and enthusiasm that instantly put us at ease. Her creativity and understanding of our concept were evident as she carefully crafted arrangements that perfectly encapsulated the essence of our theme. The use of rich, deep reds and complementary tones showcased her keen eye for detail.On the day of the wedding, walking into the venue took my breath away. The floral arrangements were nothing short of breathtaking! Every bouquet, centerpiece, and decorative element was meticulously crafted, radiating elegance and beauty. The arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Also, I really appreciated the shop's honesty and customer service. I placed the order online after store-hours and wanted to pick it up early the next morning. Since they would have to order the flowers and would not have it ready until afternoon, the shop called me to explain the situation and offered either to have it ready by early afternoon or to use slightly different flowers. She told me precisely how the arrangement would be different. When I went to pick it up, it was ready when they opened, the flowers were very fresh, the arrangement was very similar to the photo but with the different flowers the shopkeeper had explained to me by phone. I have ordered many flower arrangements, and I think this one may be the most beautiful I have seen. Thank you, Dezign Shop!Note: store hours published on website says opens 9:30 am, but they open at 10:00

The Dezign shop left me speechless with their quality of flowers that they had put into my order. My wife was amazed at how beautiful they were put together. Sera is so creative and has a beautiful vision. There are florists who don't have the vision and don't suggest alternative ways to elevate your event, but she was the exact opposite. We booked her for our wedding day and she did an exceptional job. Our jaws dropped when we walked into the banquet hall and she also decorated the bride's house for the morning event beautifully. She exceeded our vision. We highly recommend her work.

I was in such need to find a place that would create a flower arrangement for my my mom's 5 year anniversary of passing to be with the Lord and stumble in to this flower shop. I was not so sure if what i would order would be nice but gave it the chance. Now I am so freaking happy and appreciative of the arrangement i chose and they deliver. Amazing is an understatement, love it so much that i can't write a review for them. Worth every penny I spent. Thank you so much!!! You guys filled my heart and made this day of remembering my beautiful mom the best. Will be my place to order from now on!! The dezing shop is the best!!!!

I was referred by a friend who hired her previously. Her rates and prices are very high. However because she understood my vision I trusted her with my wedding. Overall the hall was not bad but not the best and I was very Disappointed that she did not provide any flowers at the church and not provide a money box and not provide the church runner as well. Everything put aside I was mainly disappointed that she made my bouquet very heavy and not how I had described to her at all. I had even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She added what I showed her except she added so much that it was extremely heavy and very uncomfortable on the hottest day of the year. I didn't even have bridesmaids so the only bouquets she had to do was for me and my maid of honor. The price that I paid was extremely high and the service I received was not worth the price. I wish I could get at least half of my money back. My wedding was a year ago but I am writing this with you because I just watch my wedding video and relived my horrible experience.

High quality and trustworthy business! I’m highly recommending to use their services! I live in TX, and during the last couple years I’ve requested delivery through their website, and both times they’ve over exceeded my expectations: high quality product, timely delivery, and also after delivery follow up process (notifying the customer for the delivery completion)!
