Dont buy from this store. They are completely unreasonable about returns. You need to have a physical receipt with barcode in order to return an in store purchase. And even then it is for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Who conducts business like this in 2024?? Also the woman who works at this establishment on Wednesday nights is awful, rude, and completely unprofessional. You are better off buying from their online store, or just taking business elsewhere

The absolute worst customer service. You can’t really call it customer service here, because they are not there to serve you but to serve themselves and their profit line (which must be suffering since I’ve never seen more than 2 people in this store at a time).I went into the store to make a return with a receipt, within the return policy window and with all tags on the item. The associate (20 something Caucasian with red lipstick on) lied to me, telling me I have to wait to use the other register for the return. She then went searching around the store. She returned and started accusing me of having tampered with the tag. I asked her how I would have tampered with a tag attached to the garment? The associate rudely belts out at me “Did you remove this tag???” She started accusing me of having removed the tag and told me she won’t accept the return.Here’s a tip for you readers, what I learned from this horrible experience is that their tags are removable and reattachable. So please go ahead and wear the clothes then reattach the tag around the size label. Then take it back to the Glendale Galleria Ted Baker location.Now here’s an excellent question. If I could have moved the tag, couldn’t someone else have done so in the store? These associates placed blame on me without listening to me and without any reason to accuse me.Upon complaining to their corporate customer service agents, I learned that the tag wouldn’t even need to be on the dress at the time of return. You simply would need to have the tag in your possession at the time of return. The tag placement excuse was a sad ploy to reject the return.The associates at this location I encountered are petty, deceitful, cruel, unethical, rude and self-important. I won’t return and I hope you don’t patronize this store either.

Got a cute pencil case to put my Makeup in . I needed a new one and the prices were decent . I love the glossy finish of this bag and I'm gonna try to go back for the matching set . The girl was so nice too . We were laughing about scammers and bad business and how some people take their business to a negative and we were laughing and it was a fun interaction for sure !!! THanks sweeties !!!

Buy what you need. I shop here once in a while and do like their clothing quality and fitting. Be sure to follow the laundry washing instructions on tag. Beside this brand, I like Zara for their premium pants, Old Navy for winter sweat pants ?. But if you want to dress nicely then go to Ted Baker. I’m pretty people will notice the difference.

The short lady w a annoying sweaky voice is annoying AF. Their return policies are horrible the ladies attitude needs a check and best believe i checked it. No customer service skills. Giving me attitude accusing me of ripping of a tag. The f*** outta here.

Rude young lady who works there has an attitude and denied their opening hour is 10am as it states on their info. It's been my second run in with her at this store so I know she has an attitude problem. When I got there to return an item she says she couldn't even do me the courtesy of the return transaction at 10am. I had to come back at 11am. If she hates her job then she should quit.

Have to say bought few times from Ted Baker but not only this branch but generally, just don’t buy on line because they don’t fix their website and bottoms not work then later on say it’s sold after you tell them it’s from your own web then email you we will be back 27 hours!!! Until then who knows it’s finished but the minute you add in basket they say get it get it can you just close your ((&&$))&mouth? Or do your job as there to not only sell it but always costomer s has right this is only happened in Ted baker not the rest of British shops ad since I was little with my own family but in there country and other Western Europe countries. so good always helpful if they say how can we help means really there for you not just monument like stick as here only they told them if you want work in shops had to ask this things but can’t do more then that. Anyway this thing ad I said it’s only for this shop don’t get it why your size it didn’t go further 5 in America all they don’t call them self fatty they envent new word haha curvy haha ?you need fix your brain ?? ?
