Great service and really appreciate them working for reasonable rates on my beloved printer--also got me set up with a new printer tray that could not be found ANYWHERE on the internet and would have rendered my printer unusable but they set me up. They were very helpful. Would definitely use again.

This was a total waste of time with multiple trips back and forth and the technician basically just trying out different things that I could then he broke more stuff! I was pissed. In the end had to go pick it up and haul it to another side of town to a different shop and they fixed it.

Terrible place! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was going to go there to get supplies but got kicked out of the parking lot already before I even got to enter the store (worker assumed I'm there to just park) when I'm really going to grab a drink next door before I enter their store. Totally just put me off so I decided not to bother!

Changed a few pieces on my printer and did not fix the problem. Contacted manufacturer and they suggest I go to Technofix. Took it there said they would let me know what needs to be fixed. Next day get a call that it was ready for pick up and that if I wanted to add a new cartridge in due to low ink. They were quick to diagnosis the problem and had a very kind gentleman named Ruben. If I ever have any other printer problems I would bring it back here again.

It is difficult to get an old typewrite fixed, especially because it is an old technology. But Technofix was able to fix our Brother typewriter in a couple days and gave us a year warranty if the same problem happens again. They have good service and reasonable prices.

Unfortunately they were not able to repair, the repairman was surprised that I already found, purchased, and replaced the lower fuser roller, he kept the printer for a month, put other people's parts in instead to figure out how to clear the error code. Didn't find a solution, i lost my $30 on the roller because he melted the whole fuser unit.

My Name is Rommeth and Im a high volume user of Laser Printers due to the Nature of my work especially when real estate is on the rise....basically Im a Certified Notary Signing Agent working for Escrows Companies that needs to Close and Notaries like me and 100s of us need supplies like toner and what not...Mr. Roobin helped me in my greatest dillema today which is how to print 3 Sets of loan docs that I accepted and promised to sign over the weekend with Borrowers in Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Panorama City I have a MFC-8810 which is 5 years old I think and syddenly it was acting really crazy.....hust like that Mr Roobin Checked my Brother Laser in minutes and told me the problem Boom boom boom I outbof there in minutes and I printed at least 750 pages of loan docs to be signed over the weekend.....A Happy Wife is a Happy Life now I will have notary checks for her in 7 days and yes Mr Roobin honestly saved my Life and my married bliss continuous
