I was eager to look at
pieces to purchase. Walked in and noticed there were a couple people being helped. I waited a while, hoping to get an employee to greet me and let me know that they’d help me next. I walked around the store 3 times and no one welcomed nor offered to help. I left and ended up at Pandora. :)

Horrible customer service. I was looking at the Disney collection and the manager Roni (seemed Armenian race) I believe her name was, basically came up to me like if I was doing something wrong. In fact I was planning to make a great purchase but decided to walk away. Then I saw her walk to another employee and comment about me. Idk if it was my appearance and my race but definitely made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE and CRIED AFTER LEAVING. THE WORST RACIAL DISCRIMINATION I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! SHE NEEDS A LOT OF TRAINING! NEVER COMING TO THIS STORE AGAIN. ?

I like this store. Never had any bad experience- employees were nice and very attentive the store had more "heavy designs" this season but I was able to find something nice for a teenager girl ?I think the management read all the reviews and made some improvements.

After hours of shopping and 15k steps on my Apple Watch, I was feeling defeated about finding a Mother's Day gift. Finally I found a gift for my mother in here. The sales girl was extremely helpful and even tried on both bracelets so I could see how they looked. The best part was they really hooked me up--they wrapped the gift and mailed it for free to my mom. Their jewelry is definitely not an expensive, but it's gorgeous and the customer service more than makes up for it. I haven't been in one of their stores for a long time but I will definitely be shopping here more!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I have ever experienced, this person was a BLONDE HEADED GIRL that was wearing all black clothing was rudest person I ever had to dealt with. For a store that sells fake jewelry, this worker with the blond hair kept looking as if she didn't want to help us and give us ideas. Every time I needed some help, she simply turned her head away and went straight to co workers and have best of conversations. She had the audacity to call me rude, when you clearly didn't see yourself in the mirror. Don't go to this store for the blonde hard girl because she might give the cold shoulder but everyone else is fine and wonderful. Next time I come to SWAROVSKI at the Glendale galleria and I see the blonde Hess girl working, you best believe I rather go to the store ,Helzberg,that is near them and buy some real jewelry than spend my money and time with that blonde girl.

Store had displays only. Almost everything I wanted a good in stock . I was forced to buy something else that I didn't want and I am hoping whoever I am getting it for likes it. The 2 young ladies were very helpful and had great attitudes. The store itself is B.S.

Horrible customer service, we've waited for around an hour, the employees work soooo slowly, they have no idea of their prices or what sizes they have. So rude customer service, each price check takes forever. They put 50% off and have no price tags or a productive way of checking the prices. I was so happy that they eventually handed my bag and I just rushed out. Never going back there especially during holiday season!!!

Love this store and the great staff. I came in to buy a gift for my girlfriend. The sales associate was extremely helpful and their measures for covid-19 were fair and didnt make the experience uncomfortable at all. The teo associates had knowledge on the products and helped pick a perfect set. I appreciate their help, the gift was a great success!! This store will not dissappoint!

Probably the worst store I've ever been to.I know some kiosks in Vegas hotels that give better customer service than this "signature" store. Whatever you do stay away from this store, no matter how close it is to your home or how convenient it is. Trust me when I tell you, the drive to a different location will be worth it.

Absolutely atrocious return policy and even worse service. When the sales associate failed to put a security tag on my jewelry item because she forgot, they pointed to the receipt that says “Some items have an attached security tag. Items without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not be returned.” and said they can’t do anything about it.
