They completely misquoted us on a repair and had our car for over 1 month to complete minimal body damage. We had a rental expire within 30days and we were out of pocket the extra costs. Extremely disappointed

I first took my black Honda civic to these guys at the recommendation of my Honda dealer - that says a lot if the guys who do my oil changes and car maintenance recommend a place. I recently had to take my car in again and these guys accommodated me in every way. They were able to get my car in first thing in the morning, they coordinated with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with any of that and they even had a car there that I could rent while my car was being worked on. They even went above and beyond by calling me an Uber to take me home ! Alex , Zack and Simon are all incredibly helpful and make you feel like they are your knowledgeable big brothers who are there to take care of you and your car

From the moment I stepped into the office at Straight Auto Body, I felt that I was in safe and professional hands. Simon was extremely informative and Anthony was my main lead through the repair process. There are a lot of challenges while dealing with a repair beyond the actual repairs of the vehicle. Anthony was informative at each step of the process as they navigated the insurance adjustment waters. The repair itself is impeccable and they do not cut corners. It's an intimidating situation and I couldn't be more grateful for their support and help.

Great designed reception, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex. I am here because of collision repair. Alex made me feel at ease, which is what i needed because it is the first time that i have a car accident, so i am not familiar with how everything works. Fingers crossed now that everything goes well with repairs.

Very friendly professional staff! Simon, Anthony and Alex are very kind. A very polite staff who walk you through the entire experience. They always kept me informed and were willing to go as far as informing my Insurance Company of the additional parts and labor needed.I would highly recommend that you stop by and consider giving them a chance to work on your car if you need repairs! I was a victim of catalytic converter theft and they worked with me and the insurance company and were very informative about the process and saved me more than a month of “wait” time for parts on back order.I’m very pleased with their work and so happy to have my car back!!!

Simon, Anthony, Zach and their technicians have all exceeded my expections for the windshield replacement on my Lexus EX and recently my difficult license bolt repare on our Lexus RX. They are exceptional professionals in their ongoing communications, repair and insurance claim advice. Most importantly, their technicians perform quality work and finished the repair work on time. One other mention. Unlike other repair facilities, their office is organized, customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will recommended them to friends and anyone interested in a positive vechicle repair experience.

I got my car repaired here after an insurance claim. Anthony was extremely helpful from the moment I came in. He explained all the steps to me and was patient and polite. Everything went smoothly and I got my car even earlier than anticipated. Anthony was always available to answer any questions and made the process easy and not stressful. They even detailed my car! Highly recommend and will be referring to friends

I just want to thank Zach for giving me excellent customer service and making sure my car was top priority! I am a student and I have a job so it was really difficult to not have my car for a while, but he ensured me that he'd take care of everything and he did! I have never been in this type of situation before where it was a hit and run and had no idea what I needed to do. I read the reviews and decided to come here and best decision I did. I recently had to have my car towed to Simon Straight Auto Body after it was hit. They made sure that their tow truck moved my car to their shop and took care of everything very efficiently and promptly. Their work is exceptional and the people that work there are courteous, supportive, and knowledgeable. Andrew went out-of-his way to assist me with a very difficult step I had to take-releasing my car as a total loss. He also repaired a tire that I was low on air to ensure a safe drive home. I would recommend this amazing company to anyone. Simon has done a fabulous job of hiring very professional people who not only work with the customers but also those who complete jobs that are far superior to anyone I have ever experienced.

This place does exceptional work. Zach was simply one of the best people I had the pleasure of working with. Constantly supplied me with updates and gave me ETAs every single step of the way. As you know 3 stage Pearl is very difficult yet Zach assured me that this was a job the shop could easily handle. He was a man of his word. Thank you SAB and a very special thank you to Zach. You can't even tell any job was ever done just look at this match! Zach is your go to guy just look at this exceptional job he made sure was possible!
