10/10 recommend bringing your vehicle here. The paint match on my red car is incredible. Great customer service! Which I really value a lot. Alec up front was great with communication, keeping you informed on updates through phone calls and text. Mahar Tamim was the person working hands on my car, he also did a great job communicating along with his work being perfect. He made sure the vehicle was in better shape than before the impact. Mahar is very knowledgeable with many aspects of vehicles, anywhere from mechanical to body work/paint. Mahar made my vehicle look brand new again. Multiple panels were removed and painted and you wouldn’t notice. Highly recommend Straight Auto Body for any work on your vehicle, will definitely be back for other work!

I can't say enough good things about Straight Auto Body! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially the manager, Alex, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. The quality of work is top-notch, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. I've referred many of my friends here, and they all agree—this is the best in the business. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommended!

Simon and his team did a excellent job on detailing my lexus es350 we gave our car like used and got it like it looked brand new from the dealership we weren’t expecting for it to look like brand new very excellent work!

Young kid hit me and I was pretty frustrated, but we ended up going through insurance instead of paying cash. We called Mazda and they referred us to this certified body shop. It was very clean did not smell like grease or gasoline and the floors are immaculate. Even the bathrooms are straight up like an office not like a typical body shop. The decor inside the office is very cool. Everything is made of sheet metal and The chairs are almost like fake sheet metal and bolts. Very interesting and fun to look at. The estimates were only 10 minutes and it is free. I’m not sure if it is because of the Mazda thing but they were very professional and we were seen immediately. Zack was great!

They completely misquoted us on a repair and had our car for over 1 month to complete minimal body damage. We had a rental expire within 30days and we were out of pocket the extra costs. Extremely disappointed

I first took my black Honda civic to these guys at the recommendation of my Honda dealer - that says a lot if the guys who do my oil changes and car maintenance recommend a place. I recently had to take my car in again and these guys accommodated me in every way. They were able to get my car in first thing in the morning, they coordinated with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with any of that and they even had a car there that I could rent while my car was being worked on. They even went above and beyond by calling me an Uber to take me home ! Alex , Zack and Simon are all incredibly helpful and make you feel like they are your knowledgeable big brothers who are there to take care of you and your car

From the moment I stepped into the office at Straight Auto Body, I felt that I was in safe and professional hands. Simon was extremely informative and Anthony was my main lead through the repair process. There are a lot of challenges while dealing with a repair beyond the actual repairs of the vehicle. Anthony was informative at each step of the process as they navigated the insurance adjustment waters. The repair itself is impeccable and they do not cut corners. It's an intimidating situation and I couldn't be more grateful for their support and help.

Great designed reception, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex. I am here because of collision repair. Alex made me feel at ease, which is what i needed because it is the first time that i have a car accident, so i am not familiar with how everything works. Fingers crossed now that everything goes well with repairs.
