Honestly the employees look so miserable, and annoyed of customers. They don’t even smile and just stare up and down. And apparently on the previous reviews it’s been happening for months to other customers. Ugly customer service.

Why the employees at this location hate customers? There hasn’t been a single time in 2 years when I felt welcomed at this store. Even when I buy shoes, the ladies are just so rude and unprofessional. Feels like they hate their jobs, find a new one if that’s the case and let someone nice step in that store.

Came in today to return something for wrong size. STORE MANAGER ended up charging me for my return. I noticed on the receipt she gave me once I got home and also saw a charge on my bank statement. Now I need 2 returns! Like how does this happen?

daysha (pardon if spelling is incorrect) has phenomenal customer service. she was warm and friendly and helped me understand questions i had on an exchange for a different size. michelin star service, she deserves a raise!

I had to go back in because the sandals immediately broke when I put them on (no one's fault just a faulty buckle it happens). I was really nervous about going back in because the shoes were final sale and the sales associate was originally so rude to me I figured it was going to be a whole thing. Luckily she wasn't there and the two associates that helped me were nice and damaged out the defective pair and ordered me a replacement and it was nbd. Took a while to get them in the mail, but overall I'm happy with the shoes and and the second interaction was positive, overall not a bad store just one bad employee.

Judith provided great service over the phone, and helped find the Beldev boots. I've been searching for the boots for awhile, and found it with her help. She was able to apply a promotion to the shoes also, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If anyone has earned a raise, it's Judith. Thank you!

They have small collection but much nicer then any other SM store. Glendale is nicest friendly stuff you can have. Always there to help.

Got my shoes online and had to return cause they were half a size too small, when I was told to come in store and return it the girl didn’t acknowledge me standing there with a box in my hand, I even waved and she ignored me, then she proceeds to walk away and I ask “do you work here?” And she says yes, then when I tell her I’m there for a return she’s say she’ll go get someone then goes to the back and doesn’t get anyway, I’d say make all your purchase online to stay away from these rude little girls

This company does NOT stand by their product. I bought a TERRIBLY designed pair of shoes that would not stay on my foot and their reply to me was too bad, you're stuck with the price tag and there's no recourse-not even a 10% off a future order or a "sorry we don't have a better return policy". If the shoe weren't defective, I could understand, but WOW-I think I can find a company that values their customers better than this!
