Parts dep, no help at all, big line no parts personal, I been wanting for over 30 minutes for oil...! Why is the oil in the back and not on a counter like everywhere else.. Never again.

Worst experience EVER! Had an issue with our F150, and the manager was extremely condescending and rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Slow, bad customer service and poor communication. I took my convertible For Mustang to Star Ford Glendale because the roof was no longer retracting and it was letting in water. I was told it would be $250 just to diagnose the problem, and it would take a few days. While they were quick to message me and offer to buy my car, they were anything but when it came to fixing the problem. Five days later I had heard nothing about the diagnosis so I reached out to Sarah my representative. The technician was on lunch and she would get back to me. The next day I still had heard nothing so I tried calling. No one answered, I was on hold for 15 minutes and it went to voicemail. Finally Sarah replied to my text message saying the technician was getting an estimate for the repairs and was still trying to figure out where the water was getting in. A week later the technician was still getting an estimate for the repairs and trying to determine where the water was getting in. Several times I would call for no one to pick up. My texts would go unanswered for a day or more, and I got no response to my questions about how long it would take. After two weeks I had lost patience and needed my car back so went in person to collect it. Only then did I get any useful information from them. I left with neither of the problems I took the car there for fixed. I wasn't offered a courtesy car either, which would have been nice considering the length of time they took. Very dissapointing experience at Star Ford Glendale. I won't be going back there and I don't recommend anyone else goes there either.

Horrible service from their sales manager Tyson. Insulted us by saying we wouldn't qualify for a loan even though we had good credit. Tyson needs to switch careers if he doesn't like customer service. If it weren't for the clients he wouldn't have a job.

If I were you, I would avoid this service center at ALL COSTS. I wish I would have read the reviews before getting so scammed. Lesson learned, I suppose. Here's the story: This was the worst car service experience I have ever had, bar none. Nelson Soliz (a "service advisor") was completely unhelpful, rude, and took advantage of me. If you absolutely MUST go to a dealer (I recommend against it, go to the Noho location) The first sign should have been that they asked to buy my car when I got on site. Of course, I said no, but they were going to try and charge me so much that I would have to. That wasn't happening. After keeping my car for five days citing that he "couldn't find the issue," Nelson tried to charge me $2300 for something that I got done for $400 at another mechanic (J&E Complete Auto is just around the corner from Ford and SO GOOD and transparent). When I told him this, he yelled "GOOD FOR YOU" and then he forced me to pay $400 for a vague diagnosis that was - in the end - incorrect. He also claimed that his mechanics completed a required tire rotation, charged me for it, and then never actually updated Carfax, and I don't believe they created the word. NEVER GO HERE. You have been warned.

They have been "repairing" my car for 8 months. When it was finally done we went to pick it up and it had been in an accident. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. These guys are scammers and cheats.

I took my car in for service due to a transmission kick and oil leak. I have a Shelby Raptor. After Star Ford kept my car for over 5 weeks, the service advisor sent me text to come pick up the car not being able to "diagnose" the car because it's a "Shelby" Raptor and I have to take it to Galpin ford which is a authorized Shelby Delaer. However, that was a big fat lie. I called Ford customer care and found out that all the dealers are capable of finding the problems and fixing it. The service advisor who was assigned to my car did everything he possibly could and communicated with me the whole time. Now that my car was at the Star Ford dealer for over 5 weeks my Ford warranty expired, luckily I had blue certified warranty on my truck and if I didn't have that, I had to pay everything out of my pocket. I highly advise others not to take their vehicle to Star Ford in Glendale. I did report them to Ford for doing such fishy work.

Sasha was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase! He spent the time to make sure I was familiar with all trim levels of the car and the features included, provided many quotes with different variables until I found a financing option that worked for me, and answered all my questions. He was also kind and friendly, and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about my first big car purchase! It was a great experience, start to finish, and I love my new car.

My new location for servicing my pony car. Fast and friendly service department with a nice waiting area. My service advisor Nelson makes sure my vehicle is in tip top condition. Also looking forward to buying my next Ford here. The lot is always stocked with new Mustangs, Mach-e's, Broncos, F-150s, etc. Thank you Nelson and the Star Ford Team.

My Ford Bronco was in need of service so I came here. Let me tell you service was amazing. Everyone was very kind. Highly recommend Christian Aghakhanian he was very nice and helped us out. Car was ready in one hour. Highly recommend would come back.

Had a great experience buying my Raptor from Andy! Andy was amazing at making us comfortable and getting the truck in the right price range. The best part was he made it an experience for the kids too. Andy remembered their names and made them feel included in the buying part! And they really will work with you to get the sale and willing to negotiate. overall 10/10 experience will definitely be sending more business their way

I'm upping my stars for this place. It would've been a pleasant experience but: Salesman and car wasn't ready at our agreed appointment time. They pulled that "let me speak to the manager" crap back and forth for a couple of hours, last minute extra fees, that almost was the end of the deal, didn't give us the appropriate owner's manual for the car. They did send the OM a few days later, but it wasn't complete. I'm really fed up with guys standing around and not doing anything while we wait for the Only person who could do our contract. The 2 tall guys were the worst. Our salesman, Andy, was polite and courteous though. If, I had a chance to do it over again, I wouldn't. When will toxic masculinity not be seen as a selling point? Does management not see this? I can't wait until there's an all woman owned and all woman staffed auto dealership in So. Cal, because I'd go there in a minute, especially over these baffoons.

I had my first experience in Service department today and it was great! This is where I will be having my new Bronco Sport serviced for the years to come and my first impression was terrific. I ordered a part from their parts department where Francisco helped me out. Then I went to service and Sam greeted me (along with another friendly gal) but Jose was "the man." Applied my bumper protector with skill and in under five minutes. It was nearing the end of the day so maybe I just got lucky, but this whole experience for a first timer to Star Ford has been exceptional. Very friendly staff!!!

If you manage to get an appointment good luck getting your car back without having to actually show up in person after a week to see whether it's ready (clue: it's not). Had an appointment and it took Nelson Soliz a week to even do anything whilst he had my car. Couldn't get a response out of him. Now after the recall it's still not working and they won't answer the phone. Same issue that many people have. These people are absolutely useless. They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They send you automated text messages that they don't reply to. Absolutely useless. Don't go anywhere near them.

what a joke, I've been just trying to reach their service department for the last 5 days and no one will either answer the call or even return calls/texts. This place clearly doesn't deserve anyone's service. I've never in my life encounter such horrible customer service. I will never work with them again!! the service manager needs to be fired.
