The sales man andy gave us horrible customer service after he td us he was gonna save us the car and when we came back a couple hours to get the car he said he gave it to a different family and that he was just joking about saving the car for us even though we said that we really badly wanted the car.

Brought my 2012 car here for its first-ever major repairs. Amy was the person I dealt with for everything. She is amazing and helped get all the work done as quickly (and as inexpensively) as possible. She kept me abreast of everything as it happened (parts coming in, any possible delays, etc).I'll definitely be coming back for all my regular maintenance and services.

Wanted to try them out but they wouldn't get back to me so I'll never know their service and quality of work. First of all, took me 4 phone calls to finally get in touch with someone to help me. The first two calls they said Arthur is busy, the third they straight up hung up on me without saying hello, and the fourth call finally I got help. Made an appointment for them to assess my car after someone hit me and they scheduled me to come in to take pictures. I came in on Saturday and Eli helped me. He was thorough with the pictures. He said Arthur (person of contact for Mercury Insurance) should be calling me back on Monday for further details. It is now Friday of the next week and still no calls. I decided to change body shops after all this. The phone calls were already a red flag but I kept trying to give them a chance because of the good reviews. I gave two stars because Eli was nice and the guy who finally helped me on the fourth phone call was also nice. However, as far as the car, it's very much still not fixed.

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my Lexus Ct200h, and the part was nationally backordered. Arthur took great care performing an incredible amount of research and due diligence to ensure that I received the appropriate part as quickly as possible, and worked with my insurance to make it all seamless (and even stored my car for me while we waited for the part). He really went above and beyond to make me feel sure-footed through a frustrating and uncertain experience, and I would certainly work with Star again.

This place is THE BEST. I had two different bumper issues and I dropped by on two different days. Both times, the employees were super friendly and quick to respond, checked out my issue, fixed it quickly, and did not even ask to be paid! Amazing service.

I've had to use them twice this year and couldn't be happier with their service. My car was demolished twice and they gave it back to me as if it were brand new both times.Arthur is incredibly nice, helpful and empathetic. He also is great at keeping in touch and giving updates.While I hope you never have to use a collision center, if you do, this place is definitely a good choice.

I have to say, after getting rear ended I wasn't sure where to take my car. I checked a few places and since I had a good buying experience in the past at Star Ford I was hoping this related business called Star Auto Collision would be good also. I called them up after finding other businesses without websites or nobody answered and called Star Auto and they told me how to get my insurance to send over the paperwork. I like that they are open on Saturday as I am super busy during the week, not many places are open on the weekend FYI. I took my car over and they took pictures and then confirmed parts could be ordered and they'd let me know if any thing was on back order. They got the parts and they said it would take 2 weeks but they found even more damage inside so it took and extra week. All throughout the process they were responsive and kept me up to date. Arthur was who handled my case and he is knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to take a damaged car to this business again. Arthur even asked my insurance if they would waive my deductible and they did! Just amazing service - highly recommended.

I got into a car accident and the person at fault was insured with Mercury. Arthur and Andy were very helpful throughout the process. I had many questions about the process and the parts that would be used on my car and they took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I was highly impressed by their work as my car looked good as new when I got it back! Highly recommend them when looking for a body shop!
