Go see Gabriel and Mario for any auto body repair.
My experience with them is they truly put the customers first and they do what they can.
Also, my car was taken care of in a timely manner, even with the delay of my insurance company.

Wanted to try them out but they wouldn't get back to me so I'll never know their service and quality of work. First of all, took me 4 phone calls to finally get in touch with someone to help me. The first two calls they said Arthur is busy, the third they straight up hung up on me without saying hello, and the fourth call finally I got help. Made an appointment for them to assess my car after someone hit me and they scheduled me to come in to take pictures. I came in on Saturday and Eli helped me. He was thorough with the pictures. He said Arthur (person of contact for Mercury Insurance) should be calling me back on Monday for further details. It is now Friday of the next week and still no calls. I decided to change body shops after all this. The phone calls were already a red flag but I kept trying to give them a chance because of the good reviews. I gave two stars because Eli was nice and the guy who finally helped me on the fourth phone call was also nice. However, as far as the car, it's very much still not fixed.

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my Lexus Ct200h, and the part was nationally backordered. Arthur took great care performing an incredible amount of research and due diligence to ensure that I received the appropriate part as quickly as possible, and worked with my insurance to make it all seamless (and even stored my car for me while we waited for the part). He really went above and beyond to make me feel sure-footed through a frustrating and uncertain experience, and I would certainly work with Star again.

This place is THE BEST. I had two different bumper issues and I dropped by on two different days. Both times, the employees were super friendly and quick to respond, checked out my issue, fixed it quickly, and did not even ask to be paid! Amazing service.

I'm in the process of using these guys to get some minor damage fixed after someone hit me.I haven't had the car fixed yet as the back and forth with insurance takes forever but I've worked with Arthur to get an estimate taken and setup was a breeze. He seems like a genuinely good guy and someone who loves cars. It was easy to call and make an appointment and when I was there it was quick and easy.I'll update once parts come in and they are able to get my ride fixed up.Only cons so far is that these guys have a full lot which doesn't leave much room for parking.

I've had to use them twice this year and couldn't be happier with their service. My car was demolished twice and they gave it back to me as if it were brand new both times. Arthur is incredibly nice, helpful and empathetic. He also is great at keeping in touch and giving updates. While I hope you never have to use a collision center, if you do, this place is definitely a good choice.

I have used Star Auto Collision Center on two occasions for collision claims. Both times Arthur assisted me. Arthur made the process very easy. The repairs were completed on time and the quality of repair was incredible. I would recommend Star to anyone who needs collision repairs. Hopefully I won't need their services again!

Arthur was the best. He's very helpful and knowledgeable about his job. Explains everything in detail and answer your question with honesty which is hard to find. Andy and Mario are very nice as well. Thanks to the whole crew at Star Auto Collision Center they fix my car like it's brand new. Give them a call you won't regret it.

I have to say, after getting rear ended I wasn't sure where to take my car. I checked a few places and since I had a good buying experience in the past at Star Ford I was hoping this related business called Star Auto Collision would be good also. I called them up after finding other businesses without websites or nobody answered and called Star Auto and they told me how to get my insurance to send over the paperwork. I like that they are open on Saturday as I am super busy during the week, not many places are open on the weekend FYI. I took my car over and they took pictures and then confirmed parts could be ordered and they'd let me know if any thing was on back order. They got the parts and they said it would take 2 weeks but they found even more damage inside so it took and extra week. All throughout the process they were responsive and kept me up to date. Arthur was who handled my case and he is knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to take a damaged car to this business again. Arthur even asked my insurance if they would waive my deductible and they did! Just amazing service - highly recommended.

Great service, great repair, and great communication. No stress, no frustration, and perfect service. My Jeep was damaged when another driver lost control of his car and bumped into mine. The whole door, door frame and wheel on the left side were badly damaged and needed to be replaced, all bent. Arthur sent me a tow truck and took care of everything. He responded to all my questions, informed me about the process, and kept me updated on the parts order and repair progress. He was communicative, professional, friendly and efficient of course. And I guess the rest of his team follows his lead because when I picked up my car yesterday, it was perfect, (perfect color match too as my Jeep is in a special bright color so I was anxious about that) and looked new! It was also cleaned and shiny. They made sure that everything was in order, including the alignment. Arthur even gave me a discount to use on a car rental during the repairs. I recommend Arthur and team!
