David S. was cordial, patient, and explained the rewards program to me clearly, which was much appreciated. I will definitely go back to this Glendale store whenever I need something from Staples.

If I could give less than one star I would, ABSOLUTELY ridiculous of how unprofessionally things were handled. I had a print order made online & they guaranteed it would be ready by end of day. However, I received NO status update or emails about the order so I called the store as I got anxious and needed this order by latest the end of day.
They did not update me or inform me of anything but when I called they informed me they cant have it ready until the next day? Which is not what was guaranteed online. They told me “oh sorry I was on break and I just checked and we cant do the order until tomorrow but I was going to call you later”….. This is NOT acceptable! I called them at 6:45PM.. When were they going to tell me? They should have informed me way beforehand when the order was placed in the MORNING. They had ALL DAY to get it right.
When I asked for an explanation they said they were going to call me but they just had lunch.. Which is such a lame excuse because who is having lunch at 6:45pm. If I was informed earlier I would have placed an order at a different Staples location but now it is too late and they didn’t even inform me until I CALLED THEM.
The fact that Staples a large corporation had this issue which could have been EASILY FIXED AND AVOIDED just shows I should always support local as they seem to be more reliable than a corporate chain. So disappointed as now I am in a situation stuck with none of my prints are ready, which I need early morning and its too late today so I cant even go anywhere else!

I had recycled an portable phone charger and was pleased to get a receipt that offered a $10 credit on a $30 purchase within 24 hours. Made a $73 purchase but forgot the show the cashier the receipt. Realized my error when I got to my car. I returned to Staples and asked to return the items and then repurchase with the $10 credit. The friendly cashier obliged. Staples staff was very helpful and the opportunity to save $10 despite my forgetfulness was refreshing.

Staples always has the product I am looking for. Couldn't find the toner anywhere else. The employee was very very helpful.

I came here to print papers and buy a clipboard. Associate 1894777 with purple hair was not willing to help me in printing a copy. She was talking to me similarly to vocal fry. Then I went to buy a clipboard where I was found with associate 2049326. I brought one clipboard that was priced at 3 dollars. So she told me that it was false and that it came in a three pack that required paying more. So I didn’t bother checking if that was true and bought it. Mainly because she said they sold out and I work retail so I understood. But then I was walking out and I saw the multiple single clipboards at 3 dollars. So I returned the three pack she sold me after lying of not having the singular ones. My suggestion is have these associates work stock shifts if they can’t be presentable on the sales floor.

Customer service was lacking from the two young females working behind the counter doing the Amazon returns. I had several small items to return, and the clerk kept asking me how many items did I have and other invasive questions. It wasn't busy, so I don't understand what the issue was. After returning my items, I needed to use the restroom, and once in there, I was told to hurry up by one of the other female clerks that was behind the counter. I just did not appreciate feeling rushed. Staples do better and train your employees on customer service.

Printing government documents and nothing prints correctly. I then get a refund and they don't shred the documents even though they said they would... then they mess up the refund. A simple thing turned into a complex situation that put me at risk of identity theft. Skip this place until the employees take their jobs a little more serious.
